Our air conditioning didn't work but the staff fixed it. The fridge didn't work and in the evening you can hear the bars and restaurants because they are right under the hotel. You can also hear other guests in their rooms, so it's not really suitable for families, but for us as a young couple it wasn't a big problem.

It was right in the city. Easy to get to everywhere. If there were any problems, the staff were helpful. Totally OK for the price and you had everything you needed.

So I don't smoke the first instance, the room had asmell like cigarettes, which is very irritating as a non-smoker airing the room didn't help nor did air freshener. The location you are right above bars and clubs . But just bring ear plugs. The tap was wobbley, the air-conditioner had mould or a build-up of dust.it needs maintenance. so I just kept the door open to navigate. Any risk

The room and the layout were small but were perfect for a solo trailer on a short trip . Staff really friendly. I fault them they go above and beyond. Honestly, they made staying there really comfortable, and I would stay again. The location was pretty central to everything.

Furnishing and finishing in paintwork etc could do with being tidied up, some parts looked abit run down

Very small building, not really upkept. Weird way to get to room. Which was very basic. It was only for one night for low cost and that is was.

I didn't like the noise of the place. Of course you hear the pubs because they are literally in both sides and in front of the hotel, but the noise of the people inside, the doors, the corridor, etc. Other thing is that we left some things in the room's fridge when we left the hotel, and we came there in the afternoon and told the guy in reception if he could please open again the room to take what was ours, but it had already disappeared. Don't leave nothing, check always before leaving. Last thing, the kind of "living room" was disgusting, with dishes, forks, knives and food rests all over the table, luckily for us we didn't have to stay there so much.

The staff were nice, willing to help you with whatever we needed. The location is perfect, you have a lot of pubs in the area, the beach, the shops, a lot of restaurants nearby.

Poor finish to the rooms….the wardrobe was broken, some of the sockets were wonky, grout falling out of the walls….but it was really clean. Also there was a coffee machine but no cups and no capsules, so a bit pointless.

The location is great, right in the heart of the Alicante nightlife…but sound proofing is brilliant so didn’t hear anything. Room was super clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful

Hotel located in a busy street full of bars and terraces, a lot of party people :). Also nightclub just under the hotel which made a bit of noise with deep music beat. If you love to party, this is for you! Would not recommend for stay with children (unless they love to party :D)

Cute little hotel in the heart of the city center. Nice rooms with super good beds, toilets really updated with cool decoration. Staff was very nice and also our room was cleaned everyday, which was a happy surprise :)

Unfortunately room wasn't clean, cleaning crew have to clean a lot of room in short time so they are not paying attention to details, sheets was clean but rest... dust, hairs really not great. View from window was on another windows, something we should expect. Doors were hard to close so you need to slam them hard to keep room closed.

Hotel is placed in the middle of city, have easy access to restaurants, bars, clubs and cafes. All main attractions are walking distance from hotel and your card is opening main door so no need to worry about late coming back. Working staff are nice and very helpful.

Extremely noisy from the bars on the street and there was zero sound proofing between rooms. The walls were paper thin and the room doors I’ll fitting and had to be closed with force. Very little sleep on either night we stayed.

Room could’ve been cleaner (hairs and dirt all over). It was also super tiny. The street noise was unbearable on the weekend. Air conditioning nor general room ventilation did not work.

Good location although VERY noisy. Friendly receptionist (specifically the lady, guys not so much). Room was nicely equipped. Even though the street was NOISY, the room had surprisingly good soundproofing.

The tap water was really bad - so recommend buying bottles or it would have been helpful if there was a water filter at the property.

Noisy street. Its in the middle of a pubs and clubs streets if you want to be quiet is not the place.

It was really easy to get from the airport and the price value is really on point.
