You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe WC wasn't clean. Usually unstaffed with mechanised checkin/out so it missed that welcome. And arranging to leave luggage was difficult though when I did meet a member of staff they were very helpful.

FranceIf you need a modern inexpensive hotel right in the centre of Plasencia, Hotel Rincón Extremeño is the one for you. It is located in a narrow street, Calle Vidrieras, via a small archway next to Cafeteria/Bar Español in Plaza España. I parked in the car park under Plaza San Fransisco which is really easy to find and, if I had not set off in the wrong direction, it is an easy three minute walk up Calle Talavera to the Plaza and the hotel. Instructions and codes to get into the hotel and your room are communicated by WhatsApp and easy to follow so make sure you have access to an internet connection during the two days before your arrival. Calle Vidrieras is not a particularly inviting lane so I was not feeling too happy as I walked down to the hotel entrance but it was clear from the outside and indoor foyers that things were going to be OK. Access to my room was via stairs or elevator and my room was light, modern and attractive and included a decent-sized fridge. In fact the whole hotel had been designed and refurbished to a high standard. I wasn't really looking for it, but the restaurant mentioned in the Booking.com description wasn’t open any time I was back & forth to the hotel. A search of Google Maps reveals Rst El Riconcito next door with an access via the hotel reception but there were no signs of life anywhere along Calle Las Vidrieras during my day and night in the city. Great location, great little hotel. Highly recommended.
