There’s a beach cafe with a very loud generator which starts up at 9am and doesn’t stop until late afternoon. Don’t try and sleep with that thing on.

The games room set up for card games came in handy as a make shift office for us digital nomads doing some remote work while room cleaning do their thing.

The rooms would need a facelift 🙈 but it was fine as we knew that before booking. Some of the food and drinks were a little weird sometimes but there was always something we could eat or drink available.

The room was big and my kids really enjoyed Riuland. Staff were nice and the room was cleaned every day.

Food is so so. Some nice dishes. They have to do something for everyone, I fully understand. As someone who has various food restrictions I find it frustrating that there are signs about allergens but very often food isn't labelled at all. Don't even think about coming if you are vegan and trying to eat properly. I'm gluten free and not that strict and managed ok.

The location is really phenomenal. The staff are hard working and helpful. Our second time here. I come for the amazing beach location and pretty good value.

We ate far too much. The first room was a little noisy, as it was on a lower floor near the night club, but they moved us with on arguments.

No wifi in the room No weights in the gym, the training matts were disgusting and the machines lack attachments The cleaning needs lots of improvement, including cleaning the cutlery better. The facilities need some renovation as the hotel looks like a glimpse of the 80s

The rooms are very tired. Be aware that if you book a room in the annex it’s a separate series of buildings across the road from the main hotel. The room we were given there was like a very old apartment with very tired shabby furniture. We asked to be moved to the main hotel. The room here was better with a nice sea view.

Great value for money. We liked the location at the edge of the Corralejo dunes. For the price the food was good and the staff were all very friendly. There were two types of entertainment at night, music and a show. You can walk into Corralejo town or get a bus or a taxi from outside the hotel. Taxi was 9.85. The reception staff have a bus timetable. There were activities organised during the day.

Entire hotel is a bid run down and could do with some renovation. Nothing to complain otherwise....

Nice big family hotel with two pools and a wide variety of food choices in an all-inclusive environment. We were in a big bungalow style room with a living room downstairs and bathroom/sleeping upstairs.

The bed felt like lying on just springs. Thankfully, the couch saved me after 2 dreadful nights. I think more information & signage will be helpful too for instance how to get around or what to do or where to go without relying on package tours. It was a hassle trying to figure things out & google definitely has no takes against locals with experience.

The large expanse of white sand beach was heavenly. The resort was huge. The non stop availability of food & drinks could overwhelm a glutton. I am a picky eater but was able to find something that suited my taste each day, Family with kids also seemed to be having a swell time due to available facilities, activities & of course snacks

Understandably a family hotel, but entertainment was on till late. Which caused a lot of tired children somewhat ruining a good show and good entertainment.

Great quiet location, great resort. The restaurant served different dishes every day for the week I was. With the repetitive pizzas and pasta selection which was there for the more picky eaters. All in all very good resort and definitely would go again.

There would be more puddings outside bear the pool and the cleaner let herself in my room without knocking at 10am when checkout is up to 12 so rude she did say sorry but it was like she wants you gone now !

Beds slightly uncomfortable but got used to it and had a good sleep any-means . The setting of the dining area it was like feeding time at the zoo getting pushed in-front of etc not the hotels fault though .. On my first night as the hotel was large I got slightly lost and just presumed where I was was the main restaurant as it was serve yourself I got my food and drink and took a seat when one of the waiters rudely approached me and asked me had I made a reservation I just replied “sorry no I’ve just got here am I in the wrong place ?” She just told me to get my plate in a rude tone and escorted me to the main restaurant and told me to “sit there “ was slightly embarrassing as a young girl on my own but is what it is ! Not much else had to say

Pools where stunning 🤩 Food was delicious and the drinks A big shoutout to the lovely lady at reception “Bernie ?” I think her name was who fitted my needs as a solo young traveller and made me as comfortable as possible during my stay ! Lovely lady <3 Rooms where spotless Lots of entertainment round pool etc

The hotel need a good revamp. Bit tied looking in places. But still worth a visit.

The location was brilliant, especially the beach. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food for a 3 star hotel was exceptional. Great value for the money . Will definitely go again.

Need upper deck area for adults only ,alot of elderly was annoyed with children running around.being a couple of miles away ,they absolutely need a bike hire from the hotel ,would be a massive bonus
