Tables and sunbeds slightly too close together, wasn’t a huge issue as hotel wasn’t super busy, however I guess if they weren’t close then there maybe wouldn’t be enough for people.

Everything clean, modern, well maintained. Staff always friendly and helpful. Good selection of food and drink alongside variety of activities and entertainment.

Nothing really if I was being picky I would say please provide irons for guest to iron their clothes particularly as the hotel puts on epic parties. We need to look sharp equally. But overal my stay was comfortable and leisurely

I loved the attentiveness of all staff. They were kind helpful and thoughtful. I would recommend every staff gets a raise they really all represented the hotel beautifully. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria who went the extra mile for us, when we only asked for a towel change she went on and tidied the room. The facilities were clean and santised We can’t wait to be back and stay for longer. Thank you to all the staff, we are very grateful for your hospitality ❤️

Too strict management of what is allowed when, like no ice cream before noon. Turning off draft and soft drinks machines after opening hours of the restaurant. The beach is a kilometer away, down the winding hill, so only really accessible via the shuttle, which was too full on occasions. The sand on the beach is actually black vulcanic sand, with some nice sand on top..

The All inclusive also includes genuine alcoholic drinks, not only local brands. There are coffee machines and soft drinks machines on key locations.

The Asian restaurant. Very not good food at all

Should be able to buy/get ice cream for kids near the pool! Poolside cafe was very poor with unhealthy and poor quality food. Kids club could be much improved and is only open a couple of hours at a time

The walls are crookedly plastered, here and there dirty. I prefer white towels to brown ones. there is no sound insulation and light insulation. In the gym it would be great to have a pole and a horizontal bar, but that's if to be nitpicky. It would also be nice to have a hair conditioner. If the bed is double, it is necessary to make it so that there are not two shifted mattresses, but one.

Food was awesome, I enjoyed everything I ate, fresh fruit, nice seafood, meat, ice cream, desserts. It was really good. Animators were really helpful, I would not dance without them) Alcohol was not bad)

We booked the suite (2 bedrooms), but the bathroom had a milk glass wall adjacent to the second bedroom. So with the bathroom light on, other people in the room could see you shower. Not convenient with small kids because the light shines through to the other room. We had to brush our teeth in the dark to prevent our kid from waking up due to the light. Not a big issue to us, but an inconvenience.

Clean, spacious, great pools and entertainment. Very kid friendly (food options and entertainment). Personally would have preferred more Spanish cuisine and flavors.

I liked everything about the hotel. The evening entertainment was on an outside stage, but there were heated lamps dotted around, so not a problem.

Not the hotel’s fault but if you intend to spend time on the beach ensure you use the free hotel bus service. Otherwise you’ll have a long and steep multi-step climb down to the beach. And then up again to return.

Everything about the place - staff, food & drink, facilities, entertainment, location - was fabulous. Everyone worked so hard to provide an exceptional experience - nothing was too much bother. 24/7 all inclusive meant exactly that. And to cap it all, the hotel is just a 3 minute walk from the airport bus that charges just 3.50 Eur pp each way. Will definitely return.

Words cannot describe how great this hotel is. I have never stayed in better and all the staff from the cleaners right through to the reception, everyone was superb and I will return soon with my entire family

The swimming pool was quite small for the ammount of people that were accomodated and also it lacked music and atmosphere. The entartaining around the swimming pool was also a bit poor.

The restaurants were nice, bars were alright, the specific restaurants as in the asian and spanish ones were not as good as we were expecting, most of the food being served in the main restaurant anyway.

If I could suggest, I'd change the size of the glasses to get fizzy drinks. They are so tiny and not practical to pour the beverages from the machine.

- The room was so spacious and modern looking. We stayed on the 7th floor, and we loved the view from the balcony. We could see the sea from the far sight - The food in the buffet was so tasty, and there were so many options of meat, pasta, salad, desert - The staff was super kind and friendly - the hotel offers free shuttle buses to playa del ingles - there were always activities going on in the swimming pool area. Shows, bingo, games, etc - The hotel offers complimentary restaurants: one serving Asian food and another one serving Spanish. We've been to the Asian restaurant and we definitely recommend it. - beverage stations with beer taps, juices, coffee, slushes, and fizzy drinks.

The piña colada and the fruit puch were made of water with added flavors. A quality piña colada should be made with real coco milk and pineapple juice. A fruit punch should be made with pineapple and orange juice with grenadine siroop. Both of these drinks should not be water based.

Excellent hotel one of the few I have visited that I would visit again, Very clean, the staff are lovely and were great with my little girl, The children's entertainer's at night were excellent and versed in multiple languages as to include everyone, I was very impressed! The all inclusive drinks were excellent they actually provided name brand drinks and snacks things you wouldn't expect like prosecco, Amaretto, and all the cocktails were all included in the all inclusive and were as good as if you bought them at a bar, a 24 hour bar to take advantage of also which was Excellent!
