Staying for seven days or more includes access to the Costa Fusion restaurant for one meal which is a nice idea but didn’t live up to expectations.

The hotel is ideally located to easily access the nearby beach. It’s not too large a hotel with only four floors. Suites with hot tubs provide comfortable sized rooms when staying for any length of time.

I arrived at the location for around 09:30 pm, so I checked out late. On the date I asked to check out at a later time which they accepted only to 15:00 pm with an additional charge of 35 euros. However, I asked if I could check out at 17:00 pm and pay an additional fee at a later time and the women Edna (older women with brown hair receptionist ) was rude , harsh and said this was not possible. Also, she said what do you expect me to do I can’t do nothing about it. The tone and manor she spoke to me I didn’t think it was nice. I said then 15:00 pm will be ok she then was hesitant to extend the room like she thought twice about doing it. I have stayed in the Radisson Blu which they not only let me stay for a few hours, but as someone else was going to book my room they let me stay in a upgraded room which was an apartment (free of charge). There breakfast was appalling and the only thing I would recommend for breakfast: -Bread (the toast machine was not working). -Fruit (only watermelon). Moving to the dinner (the items which were good) -There steak stewed down with rice -Prawns Keeping in mind they only have certain food on specific days. I had to go to the restaurant across the road because there food was not good at all. It was really a let down. Only Pepsi and 7up, no tomato ketchup on the first day. The egg and beans was terrible. Also, there was no traditional orange juice, apple juice and plain water. In my room there was no milk with my tea. There food really let them down. In the pool area on Fridays they do a BBQ, which was free was really good. As it was my birthday I did get a bottle of wine which I really did appreciate it. Overall, there room was really good, and the pool area was great. The people serving the drinks, and food were good. However, go across the road for your dinner especially if you are not from the area and not use to their food.

The room was really nice. However, there were a few ants which appeared in the bathroom beside the bathroom wall. Despite that the room was really nice and clean. I had a balcony outside view. The pool area was really good. They didn’t have any activities going on but there was a staff member who did exercises for people which was really good.

My partner and I liked the drink selection in all inclusive but the main buffet lacked good choices. And the snack bar at the pool isn’t very clear as to when and what’s available

The property is stylish and clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful. My partner lost his phone in a random taxi and the reception manger tracked it down and the phone was returned! Great customer service!

All-inclusive drinks weren’t great. Layout of bathroom in room was odd - door to toilet didn’t close all the way shut.

The smell around the area of drains was very strong. The food could have been better at times. The hotel didn't have rooms to extend check out and no facilities to shower or get changed.

The room and sea view was amazing! The entertainment staff, although not our thing were amazing and the guy really tried his best. The food was good. Gym and facilities were good.

Friendly and professional staff. Very nice and varied buffets, cocktails. Great location with view on the ocean but not as busy as some other bays nearby. Nearby public bus stop, convenient to travel to the airport and other towns like Puerto de Mogan and Puerto Rico.

Rooms could be more cleaner. Flooring of the rooms could be also better. But nothing much disturbing. It was overall very good stay.

Wonderful location near the beach which is not very much crowded. Small peaceful city with not many tourists. Food is good. Beautiful view from the rooms. Worth staying here then in the big crowdy place. If you have a car it is easily accessible also by public transport. Bus stand is near by.

ROOM - The shower did leak a bit onto the floor outside the cubicle and had to be mopped up with a towel. For 2 people the sofa area was a little bit of a wasted space but can see that it would be useful if the sofa bed was in use for a 3rd person. MEALS -The down side is that the restaurant is in the basement of the hotel. Whilst it has windows and you are looking up to the palm tree tops, you can't see anything else. It would be nice to have a view whilst you are eating. POOL - on occasion there was a smell of sewage in the air when you were sitting at the far end of the pool area - not sure where it was coming from - may have been the sea - it may be that sewage is released to the sea at certain points of the day - couldn't work it out - this did not spoil our stay though

STAFF - ALL the staff were really pleasant and it seemed to be a very well managed hotel - the staff in the restaurant worked so hard - it was relentless in there - I think they do an amazing job. The daily clean of the room was appreciated and the ladies were always smiling and would always say "hola" to you ROOM - the room was large with plenty of storage space. Having the sink and shower separate from the toilet was useful. Plenty of plug sockets and there was a kettle and a fridge which were really good to have. POOL - the pool was lovely and was regularly cleaned. The area around the pool was kept tidy every night and morning and also regularly cleaned. MEALS - we were on an all inclusive and the food was lovely. Plenty of choice for all meal times.

- The staff came straight into our room even though we said "no" and did not open the door when they were knocking (reason was apparently another room had ordered room service and there was a mix-up) - this was very embarrassing for us. - Additionally, there was a mixup with our payment where I had to insist 3 times that we had been charged twice (! for a week-long stay !) before they believed me and then sorted it out. - Don't book sea-view if you expect to fall asleep with the sound of the ocean - it will be the sound of the pool bar inclusive music every night. - Breakfast only starts at 8am, which was too late for us.

- Everything is clean and modern. - The location right at the ocean is amazing. - The buffet had a very nice pasta and pizza corner which tasted good every night (the other food was mostly to dry and overcooked for us). - We were allowed to take our bicycles into our room.

Very slippery tiles by the pool. It is very dangerous for kids and adults. No activities for kids. Mini disco could improve also. Pool not heated as i was told by the email. It is. 9 o'clock cleaning staff knocks in t your room to clean while you are still in bed. Way too early

Like I said previous cleaning and sorry I forgot to mention the smell of sewerage, it must be from a pump or something but it can be bad.

We had a great time as a family here. All staff where extremely nice and cheerful except one who we name Hitlers sister, she was cross. Rooms are spacious however not sure who came up with the idea of sticking the shower in the centre of the room it makes no sense. House keeping could do a bit better on the cleaning it was not up to my standards anyway. We where also left without towels on two occasions and where only given hand towels on two occasions all in all like any holiday it is want you make it, but for me the staff where the standout here.

We didn't like being all inclusive. We stayed last year on a half board basis which is best for us but couldn't book half board this year.

The hotel was very clean and all staff were very friendly. There was a good choice of food in the buffet style restaurant. The pool and bar areas are good for relaxing on the plentiful sunbeds. Good location for getting out and about by bus

Unfortunately, we had a room on the 1st floor, above the bar area and it was very noisy in the evenings and nights. The bed is not double bed at all, not comfortable.

Pool was too cold to use. Gym too small and food a bit repetitive, though good. Glass toilet door gave little privacy!

Really lovely staff. Nice,quiet location but only 200m from lots of bus services. Very clean overall and good food in restaurant, with a decent, if rather small gym.

Lack of good evening entertainment. Was there for 7 days and only one “ singer” on. The rest of the time was the animation team- who did their best in the evening. Maybe the hotel wasn’t busy enough to warrant “paid “ acts more than once per week. However, this didn’t really spoil our holiday. A few bars nearby with entertainment on.

Lovely beachside location and room with a sea view Staff seemed to be on cleaning duties 24/7 . Pool area cleaned every morning as well as around the bar/ seating area. Sun beds were sprayed with anti vac every morning. Everything spotless.
