The very loud music from the hotel next door playing pretty much the same music every night until 12.00 midnight made impossible to sleep or even relax until after midnight. There was no kettle in the room and I could not get one despite requesting one, though I did see another guest returning a kettle when I was checking out. The. kettle is a minor issue, the loud music from the hotel next door is a major, and it it the issue that would stop mé recommending this hotel.

The breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and well located. The pool area was very nice. Housekeeping was very good.

How can one be eating a hot dinner without an ordinary drinking water? This hotel is not providing water during dinner for their guests. It's like the owner of this hotel have a company producing bottled water. He deliberately refused to provide water so that guests can be patronising his water. If drinking water is such a big deal why did they include in the room rate instead of compelling their guests to be buying a small bottled water for €2.50 every evening? We booked for halfboard in this hotel. Which is breakfast and dinner but this hotel refused to provide drinking water for dinner. I guess someone has not choked, stumbled and died or fainted during dinner because of lack of availability of ordinary drinking water that is the reason why the hotel management are still playing pranks with people's health by refusing to provide ordinary water for dinner.

This hotel is really nice, I love it so much and would like to lodge there again whenever I visit the Barcelona/Catalonian region. The housekeepers, receptionists, waiters and waitresses, cooks every one of them knows their job and handled it perfectly.

The Wi-Fi in the rooms (at least on 6th floor) was bad and we had to use the data plan of our phones. A little thing... It is a general issue at the hotels of Cataluña that the swimming pools are without surveillance. It causes that people sometimes don't respect the rules that apply as: no smoking, no reservation of sun loungers, no ball playing in the pool etc. This happens to a limited extent here as well, but it also happens at the other hotels in the area.

The hotel is well situated on second line and just a few minutes from the beach. The staff is incredible positive and helpful. Though there is run on the high season they always have a smile and you can feel that they try hard to make people comfortable and happy 🙂 Also to note that the hotel is less than10 minutes from the train station that goes to Barcelona.

Wi-Fi seemed to be there, but we could not use it, the signal was very weak.

The rooms were cleaned every day, a great place with a variety of activities for children, as well as a small pool for them. Delicious food, the breakfast was great and a lot, but drinks for dinner were not included in the price.

Next Hotel is very noisy, the show there is not ending until 12 a.m. After that is quiet. We managed to adjust to it, still it wasn’t great for our very active exploring vacation, since we had to stay up relatively early (8 a.m) and were already tired by the evening. If we had more relaxing stay with longer sleeping time in the morning, as I guess most guest do, it would be less of an issue.

I personally think that Riviera is perfect for the money. The rooms are clean and good, air conditioner is perfect, it’s not far from beach, food is good too. The stuff is incredibly nice and helpful.

Being a 4 star hotel it did not have a kettle in the room. The standards for cleaning/tidying up the rooms were not constant. One day we didn’t receive shampoo and shower gel and the other day the cover on my bed was not put on. The building doesn’t not give a 4 star vibe, nor the breakfast. The breakfast was very basic. I would stay there again because the rooms were clean and location is good but only at a lower price.

The noise coming from the hotel near by. Any activity kept in our hotel swimming pool area was disturbed by the noise made by "disco" hotel in neighbourhood. It was kind of "no consideration" on their part every evening.. Same old "latino" every night, not even something interesting to hear...Cheap, for a considered "disco" hotel and music..

Location is good, close to the sea. Food was good, and evening meal was consistent.

While there was nothing wrong with the food it just was not for me.

While the room was smaller then I expected it was very clean. Breakfast was good, but Dinner some nights were poor no selection of meats.

The rooms are a little bit noisy due to other guests flushing the toilet above and next to us.

The room was great and had plenty of space. It had 2 double beds to accomodate. The shower was great with a jacuzi. The breakfast was very good and every day we got to enjoy a great choise of healthy and delicious options.

Not enough sun loungers and all had towels on them from 9am opening time. Some people were leaving them all day even though there are signs saying not to. All inclusive starts at 11am until 11pm, so you have to pay for drinks outside these times although not expensive. Bar closes at 12. Entertainment wasn't great. The hotel next door had great entertainment which we watched from the bar terrace. Room doors were noisy.

Food was lovely, had a good range of food especially fish. restaurant and cleaning staff were friendly and happy. Air con. Clean room. Contemporary room. Balcony was good size. Fridge. Bathroom was modern. Location is fantastic for beach.

OMG the noise! Our hotel events + next door hotels events + railway litteraly down the street + echo because of the buildings promiscuity = big headaches by the end of the evening...

The room was very big and could easily accommodate us and the cot for our 6mo baby, we had a shower AND a bath tub, and 2 balconies so it was a very nice room (just missing a few hooks here and there to hang our stuff and/or an extra table)
