Barbara and Pablo provided exceptional assistance and displayed warm hospitality throughout our stay, which greatly enhanced our experience in Madrid. They consistently greeted my mother and I with a friendly hello whenever we passed by the reception area and readily offered their assistance. Additionally, our request for an early check-in was graciously accommodated. The hotel's location on a picturesque pedestrian street was delightful, and convenient access for taxis was available near the entrance. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Despite opting for a standard room, we were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness, allowing us to easily accommodate two large suitcases. We enthusiastically recommend this hotel and eagerly look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to bars and restaurants. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful. Our room (309) was nice and big with a huge bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. Our room overlooked the street but noise was not an issue. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. The breakfast staff were also welcoming.

A/C is a bit noisy, not the level to irritate the sleep. Shower rainfall pressure is a bit lacking. I would not choose the breakfast, there are a lot of cafes and brunch places nearby.

Room is a little dark as well as corridor. Coffee machine and desk light shares same power point. A little irritating but not a game changer.

Fashionable shower design causes a bit of water to fall on the floor unavoidably. Side tables are too far from the bed (they’re in alcoves, which is cool, but can’t bring them close to bed).

Location is unbeatable. Staff are excellent with good English. Bed is great.

Large, spacious room, beautiful design, felt homely, great beds. We got a free upgrade because my son and I needed separate beds and we were delighted with this. We adored the breakfast - everything you could want was on offer.

The breakfast buffet is a little expensive, as they don't discount for kids, so we only went on our first morning (plenty of better options nearby).

The location is perfect for tourists; 10-15 min walking to Plaza Major and Palace (west) as well as the galleries Retiro park (east). The neighbourhood (Las Letras) is a wonderful area to stay in - especially the frog market on every first Saturday of the month. Inside the hotel, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The decor around the hotel is very good, and the social spaces (restaurant, courtyard and lobby) are great touches. The rooms exceeded our expectations; very clean, comfortable and modern. Also more spacious and quiet, for such a central location in a big city. Really made for a good sleep each night after full days of sightseeing and tapas!

The location was great. We enjoyed walking to all attractions. Our room was super quiet despite the central location. Room was comfortable with enough space, it was well designed. Check-in was smooth and fast. Staff at reception was welcoming and helpful.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and helpful with tips and hints on getting around town. The bar staff, especially Sebastien, were exceptional, and also quick to give a guide on where to go to eat. The beds are soooooooo comfy! The hotel is in a fantastic location, too! Will definitely be staying here again.
