Nothing. It was all quite perfect for our needs.

Everything in our room met and exceeded our expectations. The bed was very comfy, the pillows were perfect (I'm picky) and had 2 different heights, the A/C was easy to control, the shower and toilet were clean with lots of amenities. Even the hairdryer was powerful! There were a lot of shelves for storage + a fridge and a safe. The location is excellent, 2 mins away from Placa de Catalunya & La Rambla, easily connected by bus and metro from everywhere, and practical for catching the A1 bus to/from the hotel. Staff were very friendly, they stored our luggage when we checked out early and even stored some cheese and jamon in their fridge, so we could pick them up later at night when we were leaving to the airport.

View to the busy road = nothing to look at, but since we used hotel really just over night, it was fine. Automatically not refilling water in the room / few places were not 100% clean

location is perfect - all main Barcelona's attractions are within walking distance (as long as you're OK to walk a bit). Also there's a airport shuttle bus / subway stops few meters away. Comfy beds Nice staff

Poor design of bathroom area with wasted space. There was sufficient room for a bathroom containing all the necessities, instead of which the wash basin was open to the room and anyone standing at the wash basin blocked access in and out of the shower.

Excellent breakfast. Room clean and spacious. Central location, helpful staff and good places to eat nearby.

This hotel is located in an ideal spot in Barcelona, very close to transport links, tour buses, shops and restaurants and of course within walking distance to La Rambla... Despite being in the centre of Barcelona it was a quiet haven once inside the hotel. The breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold food for breakfast, ranged from Spanish omelet, scrambled eggs, cured meats to cereals and pastries. Fresh homemade cakes and fruit was served everyday. The staff at the breakfast buffet were very hospitable and super friendly!! The reception staff were also very accommodating especially Maria, who kindly booked a Flamenco Show, tours and entry tickets to the sights for us. She made our trip run very smoothly!

The hotel doesn't have a lobby. I'm not sure if it's a temporary situation but there weren't even proper seating at the waiting area.

Amazing location, just next to the big El Corte Ingles. The shuttle bus from the airport drops you right at the plaza and you're at your hotel in 1 minute.

Nothing to dislike

Location was great. Room was excellent, great balcony, extremely comfortable bed and spotlessly clean, well done to the housekeeping team. Toiletries provided, even including toothbrushes, and a powerful hairdryer. Shower lovely. Small problem with the jacuzzi bath, resolved almost immediately. breakfast had wide selection and open until midday. The staff were wonderful, thank you Sergiu, Alex and Anna for all your support and kindness during my stay. I stay in hotels with work most weeks, and your customer care and attention to detail is the best I have received - well done.
