It was cold in the room and there was no extra blanket just a very thin blanket. Ventilation is not really good.

Fast communication. Cleanliness. Good location. There was a discounted booking for 30 euros. This is good for a couple of nights at the most.

Old and worn in the stairs up to the floors. The rooms were bright but impersonal. Little soundproof. Shared bathroom and toilet.

Perfect location, 300 m from the Strandpromenade, beach and city centre. The host was quick to respond. The entrance is self-service where you get a code to enter the main entrance door. Okay temperature in the room when I was there in March. Quiet and no noise when I was there. Okay value for money that you pay. Ok for a couple of nights.

As in city center it can be noisy - for us it wasn't problem but maybe in the season sleeping with open window for someone can be problematic, just take it into consideration if you like silence. At the beginnig I was surprised by the request to take a photo of the document, but in the end we found solution satisfying for both ;)

Perfect location! you can get everywhere on foot, very close to beach and bus stop from airport. Conditions for this price was very good, CLEAN! Good contact with the owner, Maria responds to every messages very quickly.

Be careful of the step getting in and out of the lift and the check out time could be a little later.

The view from the balcony was impressive and the location was about as good as it gets! We would be happy to stay there again!!

Old and very smelly mattresses, we couldn't locate where the smell is coming from at first. We left the windows open for a whole day just to come back, get to bed and realise that the smell is coming from the mattress. Very unpleasant. Other residents not taking care of cleanliness of the shared areas. Confusion when we requested to leave luggage after check out, staff working hard to accommodate the request, but very disorganised and not well managed. Room overlooking the street extremely noisy if you are a light sleeper. Not enough plugs to charge more devices

These are not complaints, just points to note. There were two curtains, side by side, on the curtain rail. One was very thin, basically a net curtain, one was thicker, but not enough to block light from the street at night. This did not bother me too much, but my husband likes sleeping in a dark room. So a thicker curtain would improve the room. We had twin beds. One mattress was good, the other was a bit soft. The street can get surprisingly noisy at odd times during the night. All that said, we both slept pretty well for the two nights we were there

Check in instructions were clear and the lady who greeted us was very friendly. Our room (no. 2) was light and bright with a window overlooking the street (room no. 1 also has windows overlooking the street). The location was great, with beach close by and plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars. There was a fruit and veg shop opposite and a Carrefour Express nearby. There is a small communal area with a good sized fridge, a small microwave, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. You aren't going to be preparing a big meal here, but we were happy to be able to make coffee and the woman who greeted us did say she had a room with a kitchenette (maybe on a higher floor) if that was what we wanted. There ablutions area had two shower rooms with basins and toilets and there was a basin between these with a hairdryer. We liked the building and the stairwell. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
