The hotel is right in front of the train station. This is very unfortunate as the train is very loud, actually ear piercing and you can feel the reverberation in the room. Makes having the windows open very difficult. We didnt notice trains running all night tho. One of our black out window blinds was broken which was acceptable in spring but would be torment in summer months. It is a walk into town but near the park we found a great restaurant. As others have noted there is only one bed-long pillow on the bed. We found a way to share it but it is odd, something we have never seen. I am not sure price is super competitive but it still reasonable.

We wanted to stay in a hotel where there was a front desk, restaurant, and close to center and the camino. This hotel has that altho we missed restaurant hours repeatedly. Staff were nice!!! Seems like it is family-run. The room was a good size. They were able to store our bikes. Best thing was earlier check in and 12pm check out.

the location was little off from the center and near the train station. thank fully the trains must not run at night because it was not an issue in keeping me awake.

There working fantastic people. Especially Elisa at the reception. I had lost my glasses somewhere in my camino trip. Elisa suggested looking at my camino temples where I was last wearing glasses. She called there and within an hour I had my glasses. Despite the fact that I offered to take a taxi myself, he organized everything himself. He didn't even charge any fee even though I offered. Thank You very much!

we booked for two nights but on our first night couldn’t access hot water and realized that we wanted to break up our last leg to Santiago into two days so we wanted to refund our second night. we thought we had a good reason to because the hot water was not working. by the morning, the manager was not having it and did not believe us that we experienced problems with hot water. he was insistent it was fine the whole time. we still persisted for a refund and he relented after 25 minutes of being really angry at us. not great customer service in my opinion. we will give it another chance though if we come back because it is a quaint and cute place even though it’s actually slightly inconveniently located. about .7 miles away from the city center but that’s a lot after 6 hours of walking.

I liked the decor of the restaurant. I liked also that it was sort of on the outskirts of the city. it made it feel more remote although it wasn’t as convenient.

The receptionist were very busy and unfriendly to us. She did not give us important information about breakfast and check out, and was on the phone the whole time we were checking in. The light in the room was bad, blue-ish and a lot of them did not work. I had to remove a big chunk of hair from the bathroom floor. The carpet in the room was very stained. The breakfast was definetly not as good as expected. We paid a lot less and got a lot better breakfast other places.

We got a very big room with a great view of the mountains. The bed was comfy with both a duvet and a rug - very nice! We got a bathtub, which was really nice.

The front desk lady this morning was rude during checkout. I'm not sure if she was upset about being bothered with having to check me out but it was 7:30 so it wasn't that early. I'll never stay there again

The initial impression was good. The front desk and restaurant employees were great. The service fell apart when I checked out this morning.

It was all just a bit creepy for a girl alone. Too far out of town (through the dodgy bit) - The whole decor felt a little 80's horror movie. It was eerily quiet too and the food was bad.
