Maybe needs a bit of a repaint - upkeep is excellent but I could definitely see some wear and tear since the last time we visited. The buffet at breakfast was cold in the mornings - there are plenty of other options at breakfast and freshly prepped hot food but if you want a full Irish it won’t be hot.

Excellent hôtel. Great design, well located, entirely new, very clean. The rooms are well equipped and very spacious. Several qualitative restaurants and shops on site. Friendly and helpful staff across all services. I would surely go back and recommend this hotel to my friends.

Everything! The buffett breakfast was stupendously arranged and varies according to wants and needs. Ever reliable and affable Justina manages the dining operation. And equally affable and smiling Lorena is the Cook if you want made to measure fried eggs or Oats. ( I had egg white throughout}

Lack of speakers/sound system in suite was very disappointing - suggest people bring their own speakers if they have them and want to listen to music in their rooms. Hours of pool opening could be longer to allow early morning or evening swimming.

Great staff and everyone was really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great location close to beach and local restaurants. And excellent breakfast buffet.

Fantastic breakfast and particularly Justyna who makes such a great greeting every morning that creates perfect mood for the whole day. The personal and cuisine of la Trattoria restaurant is something special, really deserves many dinners there! The room service is at the very high level and hotel infrastructure as such is impressive. The bar at the pool with cocktails quality is awesome.

We booked the two bedroom suite with pool and I have to say it was amazing . Kids never left the pool . Suite was so modern and spotless . Beds very comfortable. The breakfast choice is second to none. Views from our suite and at the breakfast are spectacular.

I do wish the pools would open earlier. People queue outside the pool to get in as they won’t allow to sit on a sun lounger until after 9.30 which is too late in my opinion. Most hotel pools open at 8.30 am.

This is my 4th visit and it was as lovely as always. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean.

The suite was slightly cold but we were sent heaters as soon as we requested it which sorted the problem very well. overall there are minimal complaints because the stay was lovely.

The best thing about this property are the staff. They are absolutely incredible and so friendly, making our stay beyond comfortable. The suite was also lovely, so well cleaned and spacious. all of our requests were fulfilled. Furthermore, the breakfast was unbelievable good, it went far beyond our expectations and once again the staff made it a much nicer experience. Justyna, Elvi and Randy stood out amongst the incredible staff, (although there were others who unfortunately we were unable to get the names of) as they went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay. Everything from the beginning to the end of our stay was beautiful, like a dream.
