We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The villa was beautiful and very spacious. The surroundings, especially the roof top pool was fabulous. Definitely the place to come if you want pure relaxation,m and great service.

GermanyThere is no wishes left once you are at Royal River! Everyone there is extremely attentive and kind. The rooms are spacious and beautifully done up, in every detail. We stayed in one of the Pool Villas which were gorgeous with direct access to the River pool. There is plants, trees and flowers everywhere, you feel as if you are in the middle of a jungle! Food was great, with a variety and always vegetarian options available. Thanks again for the gift for my friend’s birthday, that was organised by Daniela. She was sooo happy! See you soon!

RomaniaThe only issue I can mention is a bit unfriendly stuff at the front desk, especially the one who we met at arrival. He was a bit arogant. Alex, the guy who bring us and present our room, was very kind and friendly. And all the rest of them were very nice. Every morning at the breakfast was a pleasure because of the employees and the manager Mrs. Daniela.
This hotel is amazing in every details. It is unbelivable how much attention the management and the owners give to all the small details. The design is very cosy, beautiful and modern. The Christmas decorations were amazing, the comfort in the room was perfect, the big and nicely decoreted terase was our favorite corner and the breakfast place and food it is just perfect. I was so impressed that one morning at the breakfast we was surprised with live music. A very nice lady played so beautiful at a violin the most famous songs. Thank you Royal River team for this amazing experience. We will go back for sure one day!

The staff is outstanding and will help you with anything you need or want to do. They take care of everything, and you can just enjoy your holiday. We will definitely come back.

This was our second visit to Royal River. And once again it exceeded our expectations. Our friend Gabriel at reception treated us like Kings and Queens. He organised all our restaurant bookings and pre arrival request. He also, along with the help of the fantastic spa staff, organised a beautiful proposal for our friends who got engaged in the hotel. Every detail was perfected. The staff at the top restaurant, the pool bar, breakfast, the spa and the maid who looked after our room were all amazing. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. The rooms and decor in this hotel are amazing and have the most comfortable beds. We stayed in a river room again which is breathtaking. The rooms are huge and have everything you need for an amazing stay. Room service was great and always brought us buckets of ice etc. We also met Daniella the manger who is very friendly and has a great team at the hotel. We will be sure to visit again in the near future. Thanks for everything Gabriel and the fantastic staff at Royal River. See you soon :)

United KingdomWe didn’t like that the Top restaurant closed some nights also we didn’t like that the menu’s were tasting menus, we found this very limiting. we would have liked a gate between the plunge pool and the river as this gave other guests full access to our terrace area !
We loved everything about it especially the staff, they were excellent! The quality of food was exceptional. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Tenerife

United StatesThe spa menu needs a little more work/help. The signature package we received was good, but not great. Not to say the masseuse was not pleasant but it didn't feel on par with the rest of the resort.
Not in the hustle and bustle of Costa Adeje or Playa de Las Americas. We rented a car and loved the easy in and out parking. Beautiful views from the resort and amazing private villas. Great food and drinks as well! A++ staff with great communication.
