Staff are what make this place special, as well as the enchanting ambiance of the pool, garden and dining areas. Our room was also memorable.

I was taken aback at having to pay for every cup of tea or coffee we had. Given the per night cost of this boutique hotel I fully expected refreshments freely available.

It's a little off the beaten track so you need a car.

The small scale of everything made it feel exclusive. The grounds/gardens are beautiful with lots of seating in secret.places. The main pool is in a lovely setting and the food and friendly service is excellent.

Nothing. A car is a must if you want to see the island though. The hotel will arrange that as well!

Quiet location with picture perfect pool. Lovely rooms and excellent breakfasts (what a choice!). The staff are brilliant! Very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Plus if you want a 5* meal in the evening, they do that too! Oh and the local tortoises that roam freely inside the hotel grounds.

I loved everything about it.

Hotel Biniarroca is beautiful and peaceful. The garden and swimming pools are clean and lovely to swim in. The room we had was very comfortable and had a fantastic roof terrace for sunbathing and relaxing. The food was outstanding in terms of quality and presentation and the staff were the best hotel staff I’ve ever met. Sant Lluis and Mahon are easily reached by taxi or hire car as is the rest of the island. I can’t fault anything about Hotel Biniarroca. Do go there!

Wonderful stay at Biniarroca. The hotel itself is beautiful, the gardens and the pool are so quiet and idyllic. You really feel like you’re away from all the noise and bustle, it’s heavenly. Delicious breakfast and lazy lunches spent by the pool. The staff were a highlight - so lovely, chatty and helpful, we loved them all! One of our favourite hotels we’ve ever stayed in, highly recommend for a relaxing, quiet and restorative stay. Thank you!

We chose a standard room and it was a bit too small and without balcony.

The hotel is very peaceful, full of facilities and the staff is kind and helpful. It is also very committed to preserve the environment and to behave in a sustainable way. Food is delicious, the position is close to the airport and to many nice villages and beaches.

Without a car, a little too rural as we had to take taxis( not expensive) everywhere Perhaps a little more variety at dinner would be welcome.
