The only thing I didn’t like was the coffee at the breakfast

What I loved most about this hotel was the authentic Mediterranean vibe. It’s so quiet and peaceful that we felt like we were the only ones there! The staff was very polite and helpful. The restaurant for dinner is amazing, even though it was open only from thursday through sunday. The pool was really nice too. The rooms were big and nicely decorated, each with their own patio.

Walls / doors between the apartments are thin, don`t know if it`s the same in the other rooms - you hear everybody- i.e. coming home, tv, shower... I think this is something, the owners should think about...

Staff was super friendly, cleaning of the rooms perfect - Maria made a great job and so did the whole staff - congrats for this team! Breakfast is a delicous buffet and everyday a bit different - as mentioned, great job!

No coffee/tea facilities in room, no complimentary bottled water in room, no safe in room. Would expect all these 3 items as a minimum from a hotel like this. The room felt a little basic for the price and could do with updating the furnishings and bathroom.

Good clean pool area with plenty of shade available. Beautiful buildings and exteriors. Nice location out in the country but just a short drive to Santanyi or Cas Concos

When we think of the property, we think of Maria. While everyone was nice, Maria stood out with her friendliness and just being her genuine self that made us feel very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool a lot after a day at the beach, the peace and quiet of the surroundings and the restaurant. It has a certain feel to it.

Very polite and helpful personnel. Our flight was delayed so we'd miss lunch/snacks if Maria had not left us some baguettes. The hotel itself provides tranquility and excellent vibe of a Spanish finca. The restaurant provides very good choice of dishes, breakfasts are ample. The car is a must for exploring the island's gems.

Gorgeous hotel based on a converted farm and buildings. Our room was quiet, at night the only noise was clinking of sheep bells and crickets. The pool area was well set up and our room was lovely. The staff were very friendly and it felt like a very cosy, relaxed place.

We loved 100% Mallorcan Rural vibe. Amazing location near popular beached such as Cala dos Moro (but note, in the middle of season better to drive there in the early morning 7:00-7:30 am because at 9:00 there million of people) We also renter a boat with a great price, super recommend you Administrator Maris was very helpful with all questions

Maybe a little more diversity in the breakfast menu would be nice, however, everything we had for breakfast was very good.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. The staff is extremely nice. The garden and the surroundings are very beautiful, we enjoyed the garden, the silence, and the feeling of peace and quiet. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are beautifully decorated in a rustic but lovely manner. The pool area is nice and clean. We would come back again. The breakfast is good, especially the freshly baked bread.

There is nothing within walking distance to the hotel. therefore, a car is a must-have. Within 15 mins you can be in a center of Santanyi.

The hotel is located in a quiet place, and we had a beautiful room with fully renovated bathroom. even though the room was above the restaurant, there was no noise. We travelled during high season, and could always get a spot for 2 people at a pool! The resort was beautiful, and allowed us to relax compared to the busier areas of Mallorca. At breakfast there was limited choice, but everything was of high quality! We really enjoyed our stay.

Pillows - I'm very very particular/fussy though

From going to bed with a night ky you'd expect at the Poles, though to walking up with roosters, horses and birds outside your door, the hotel is simply magnificent. The room was very clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and all the staff extremely friendly with a good range of languages spoken to a high degree (especially English and German). Food/breakfast was good, with a great range of options and freshly baked bread and squeezed OJ! The local towns are stunning and only 10 and 20 mins away, as too a number a stunning Calas. As for the grounds and decor; these too are superb, with amazing little spots tucked away alla round the property to sit, read and relax. Perfect for a work stay, couples stay, family stay. It's away from the 'tourist' and package holiday spots. Overall, very stylish and highly recommended
