Friendly & helpfull staff. very well situated in Vielha, on the frindge of the town, so it very quiet away from the busy town center but very close to walk too.

The hotel is perfectly located and great value for the money. We took the half board option and both dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent. Very friendly staff.

The standard double room has a very small bed. It is not comfy for 2 persons at all. I expected at least a bed of 165 cm width but it was only 135 cm!

France2 reviews3 helpful votes“first stay at this great value for money accommodation, felt lucky to find it”enjoyed the food but sometimes you had to time it right to get it at it's warmest ( I understand how hard it is to keep food warm for large groups for long periods);
really enjoyed our stay - staff were efficient on check-in and check-out, v friendly and helpful and multi-lingual; this is a good location from which to drive to the slopes ( 10 mins approx to the main Baqueira lift ) to ski/board or to walk into town ( 10 mins approx to the town centre area with the tapas bars) for some tapas and rioja; breakfast and dinner are well organized by experienced restaurant staff ( they whisk your empty plates away, but there's no problem to go and get another and try something else) and the food plentiful and varied - our room was v warm and large with a "Spanish" feel, with a settee and mini fridge; I would definitely go back to this hotel and look forward to it - drinks aren't included in your deal but at 10 euros for a decent bottle of rioja, this really isn't a problem

Last minute reservation. It was infact a suite, with a sitting room. The buffet was wonderful, and I know what I am talking about, I am in the catering business. This was more than value for money. I look forward to coming back with my family.

(It closes so soon and opens in late morning) I really wanted to enjoy it but no chance to try it because of its limitted hours! There was no mineral water in room! No shampoo in the bathroom! (It was empty).
The breakfast quality and services were excellent. I love its location and that amazing view to the mountain!
