Based on the pictures, I was expecting the property to be out in the country surrounded by groves and orchards. It was actually right outside of Inca. This wasn't necessarily bad, just not the expectation we had. For any coffee or tea outside of breakfast, you needed to log so you could be charged at the end of the stay. I understand the costs in food and service have increased, but it would've been nice if these came as a standard amenity like so many other accommodations offer, especially since it is being made in an automated machine. The Classic Double Room was a bit small, but we didn't require much space as we weren't spending much time in the room. Just something to be aware of! Beautifully decorated and very clean.

The grounds of the property were beautiful. We loved to stroll throughout the open trees and lounge in the chairs and hammock. Relaxing by the pool after travelling/exploring all day was great. The service was wonderful. We needed assistance booking a last-minute restaurant reservation, and they were able to secure one at one of the very best restaurants we went to while in Mallorca!

You could hear the constant noise from the freeway very near to the property which was a bit disappointing.

The breakfast was amazing, with lots of delicious selections to choose from, it really was exceptional. Lovely rooms, pool area and super friendly and helpful host Maria.

Very nice hotel with beautiful yard and pool area. Staff was super friendly and nice, breakfast was great. Hotel is quiet yet basically in the city, stores right next to it. Good location to explore all areas of the island.

There’s nothing we didnt like… the only thing I could think of are a bit uncomfortable pillows to sleep on and no proper duvet, there was just a thin bedsheet to cover yourself. Keep also in mind that coffee and tea are extra paid after the breakfast time which we understood but would be nice to have this extra little option included in the room :)

Location of the hotel was really good, close to the shops, restaurants and bus stop. Despite being in the city center, it was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed their breakfasts, always fresh and tasty, consisting of local products but also breakfast staples. Maria and her brother and actually all the staff were kind and friendly, always ready to help. Swimming pool area was clean and neat and most of the time was just the two of us having the whole pool just for ourselves. We also loved the entire vibe of the hotel-old fashioned but very chic :)

Had to get bus everywhere, next time we would hire a car.

We found the town of Inca to be a little quiet (ghost town) in early September, but this may have been because it was a Monday night and not the hotels fault.

If you are looking for a beautiful place, centrally located with superb service, do yourself a favor and stay at Sa Vinya des Convent. This is a family owned and run boutique hotel / B&B located in Inca in the center of the island making it easy for exploring Mallorca. Their breakfast had a wide delicious selection, perfect to start your day. The pool area is well maintained and perfect to have a glass of cava at the end of the day. Best of all, María José made sure to make us feel welcome and helped us have a great experience in Mallorca. This was our first time in Mallorca and already talking about going back! Of note, is best to rent a car if staying outside of Palma.

Some people might be put off by the proximity to the industrial area and motorway, it has its positives though with many shops and restaurants nearby. Plus easy access by taxi, bus, car etc. Great cycling base for the island.

Beautiful oasis of an agroturismo. Once behind the gates you are in another world, almost back in time from the industrial area surrounding. Great access to the whole island of Mallorca with shops and efficient bus network on door step.

Breakfast was perfect, a great selection of breakfast items to kick start your day. Everything you need for a relaxed stay. The pool and pool area was perfect, plenty of sun beds with shade or sun. Your pretty much 30mins away from anything in the island and a short walk from a few bars.

Very hospital hosts, ready to help you anytime. Amazingly beautiful exterior of the hotel, feels like you are in a museum 😃 Clean, AC in the room, pool and surrounding area are really makes you feel comfortable . There is also a privat parking free of charge. Breakfast is also good☺️ They also produce wine, so you can have a wine testing with local snacks (for additional price, but it‘s worth it)

No negative comments, everything was perfect for us.

We can only recommend Sa Vinya des Convent. The place is just outside Inca but you have the feeling that you are in an oasis. This finca is absolutely gorgeous! They have created areas in which each and everyone can find intimacy. Maria and Xavier made us feel like we were at home, they had time to share stories of the place, to recommend some good restaurants and places to visit. The room was nice, the bed comfortable, the pool area amazing, the garden and plants around give you the feeling that you are in a small botanical garden, breakfast very good and the hospitality 10 out of 10. They also produce their own wine and the vineyard is next to the property.

The location is very close to the high way which means you can hear noises from the road

Super sweet staff, always available and ready to help. The hotel installations are amazingly beautiful, specially the pool area. The breakfast was delicious! The location is very strategic and you can get anywhere in the island in make 40-50 min if you have a car (a must have since Inca does not have a lot to see)
