The toiletries were probably the worst quality I had in a hotel EVER.

Really well placed hotel next to Turia Park and Old Town. Beautiful high ceiling and large windows. Nice local feeling. Coffee shops and ice-cream available very close. Clean and fair.

Perfect spot! The room was lovely - clean, spacious with all the necessary amenities for when travelling. Super close to lots of attractions and plenty of food places nearby for convenience. Definitely recommend.

All was good.

Host was great, friendly and hospitable. Location was brilliant and soundproofing great, inspite of being located in a happening place in city centre. Room layout nice, well recored, upholstered and with coffee maker. While the lift was inoperable on day-1 perhaps due to maintenance issue on Sunday, the host was kind enough to help with my partners suitcase. The same was fixed the day we were departing, that was on Monday.

Perfectly situated near all the attractions and within vicinity of many great eats and chillax places. We walked everywhere easily…even to City of Arts and Sciences. A short bus ride to the Joaquin Sorolla Train Station.

The view from room, if you can afford it, it might be worth booking a room with a view. We had the stone wall of the Church next door, only a few feet away from the window. It made the room a little dark, on the positive side, the room was very spacious and this helped to make it more acceptable.

Hotel location was excellent only a very short walk to the Plaza de la Virgen and the Catedral de Valencia, close to numerous bars, restaurants and shops. It was easy to get to the Metro or Bus stops. It was walking distance to many of the Museums and places of interest. The Hotel staff were very helpful especially Alex on Reception.

Rooms slightly shabby and badly designed, eg TV (which we actually never used as channels were not in English, which is sort of understandable but…considering there are surely English speaking visitors there regularly…) was on the only available surface, balanced on a “dressing table”along with a coffee machine, NO kettle and no mirror. Very small shower with mucky sealant around the shower tray.

Location was perfect, convenient for all attractions including tram to the coast. Breakfast cafe next door was very welcoming and great value.

The location was excellent for exploring this delightful city. Easily reachable by bus (forget the metro in this area), and within easy walking distance of the old area of this lovely city.

The room was very hot during the night and the aircon in the room wasn’t that good, we had a remote to control it but it didn’t make any difference, I stayed in a classic double room and one of the beds was uncomfortable but I didn’t mind because there was an extra duvet in the wardrobe that I put on the bed and slept on top of and it was much softer then.

I had a really good stay at this hotel, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, we asked for more pillows and a kettle for the room and this was done with no problem, the room & bathroom were very clean and it was nice having our beds made and the room tidied during the day, I stayed in room 104 and the balcony view was lovely, it was noisy at times but this was to be expected since we stayed during their busy time in March and once the balcony doors were shut they blocked out most of the noise! The location is really nice and central and there is plenty of public transport around, we got the airport train to Alameda and walked to the hotel from there! After checkout the hotel held our bags for us which was also a plus. This was my first time in Valencia and this hotel definitely made my stay better:)
