The location was perfect. It was very close to the bus and train station, also close to restaurants. The room had a kettle and tea bags, plus it was comfortable. Buen camino.

The rooms are basic but comfortable - just don't expect too much. Beware, if the couple in the next room are having a passionate night, you will be spared no detail.

Right opposite the stadium, which made it perfect for a night out cheering on Athletic Bilbao; also only a couple of minutes walk from the bus station, tram ands metro stops, but not a long walk from the city centra either. Check in is very easy - although if you arrive early the lockers where you can leave your bags may already be busy. Staff are very nice and good to deal with. But this is all about location on a budget.

Very clean and very easy to reach, we rented a car and found the parking garage spot in front of the hotel. Super quick check-in and lovely cozy room. Very close to the metro and tram and super easy to find restaurants and bars nearby, bilbao is very safe at night and this area is very quiet.

Lovely, helpful reception staff that recognised us as we had also stayed last year and made our stay this time extra special! Room & bed were great, as was the shower. We've stayed here twice now because of the location near the bus station making it a great place for going to the airport & elsewhere!

Beds are not the top level and might get uncomfy after a few nights. Also there is hardly any "view" from most of the rooms (inside patio).

The location is excellent - situated next to the San Mamés Stadium, the main bus station (useful if you are arriving by bus), the train station, tram stop, and more. It's also within walking distance from the Guggenheim Museum. While the rooms are small, they are equipped with everything you need. A significant advantage is the availability of baggage lockers in the lobby, providing convenient storage for luggage.

A lovely hotel perfect for a short stay. Incredibly friendly staff who eagerly helped with information about commute in Bilbao and around. Comfy bed, very clean room, great location if you're looking for something a little away from the centre while still being well connected with the other parts of the city. It's a yes!

I stayed one night only, so it was perfect for that and good value for money. Perhaps, for a longer stay a single room could be small. The place is clean, easy to access the city and the airport. Check-in and check outs we're smooth.

The window faces the light well and the room is therefore not bright. The chair is ergonomically uncomfortable to sit in for a long time. The setup within a residential block feels a bit unusual.

Air conditioner. Real clothes hangers. Iron and ironing board. Close to Intermodal station and San Mames metro station. Friendly and helpful staff. Co-working space. Electronic safe.

The first room we were allocated had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, we were quickly given another room which was fine. Easy to miss the signage for ‘Bypillow’ from the street. No restaurant or hotel facilities, however there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Great central location near the football stadium in Bilbao. Excellent receptionist who was helpful with local advice. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a couple of nights. It was quiet at night. The left luggage lockers were really useful for us on the day we left in the evening.

Room was good with tea/coffee facilities and also contained a fridge and iron/Ironing Board. Bathroom was very spacious with a wonderful shower. Hairdryer was excellent. Loved that we could store our luggage in the lockers past the reception after checkout and before we had to head to the airport.

The double bed was very small as well as the room. I didn't like the smell in the room.

The check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. You have a fridge and a cattle in the room, so you can make your own coffee in the morning. The bathroom is big and has a nice rainshower. The location is super close to everything.

When no reception staff on duty be ready with your room code to work the lift - I wasn't and ended up fumbling around in the dark.

I would like to keep this place quiet for potential future visits as the location (2 mins from bus station, 2 minutes from San Mames Stadium) is exceptional. Only a five minute walk to the river also for a stroll past the Guggenheim to the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception.
