A bit weird to get in, you have to go through the restaurant.

It was a Saturday evening so I expected there to be some noise. We were on the 4th floor and the chatting and singing went on until 3am which disturbed us.

Great position. Wonderful views. Comfortable room.

They didn’t give any information on when they were going to clean the room, and gave no option to not let it be done. Also no mini fridge.

Cheap, yet amazing room with a good view. Great air conditioning.

Could be noisy at night - one night, the bar outside was busy and noisy until after 4am. The sheets didn't fit the bed properly, and I woke each morning completely wrapped up in them.

The bedroom was clean, and a very good size. Good shower. Lovely view out over the sea! Tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice, there was room. Room cleaned every day. Lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby.

Tea making facilities missing and glasses for drinks. Some home comforts.

We didn't have breakfast in hotel as it wasn't included. Room could of done with a bit more furniture, ie mirror in bedroom, drawers etc. No kettle to make coffee/ tea. This would of made the room exceptional. Just little touches like that. Apart from that, room was very big and bed really comfortable. We had large balcony, overlooking the sea which was brilliant. Everything was very clean in room and bathroom, although when we walked into reception which was the restaurant we thought it was a bit basic. Very Spanish.

Perfectly placed on the beachfront, and we were lucky enough to be given a room with a small balcony overlooking the sea Rooms spotlessly clean and staff very helpful. Shower head had a bit of a mind of its own , but nothing to complain about

    No croissants for breakfast.

Right on the front, conveniently placed for tram. Owner run hotel with restaurant which is full all the time. Breakfast basic. It was very clean but no frills - one of the few places we have been to which had ample room for luggage. Very good value. Lovely friendly staff.

Really everything was fine. We weren't given specific information about parking, and entering the hotel from the beach side and not the street side, but was fine. There was construction going on, never pleased about that, but it is the off season and I'm sure their preparing for their upcoming season . . . has to get done some time! :)

We were only there for one night. I booked two beds, were given one, and was quickly resolved without question. We had a full view of the beach, were able to sleep w/ balcony door open. Room was clean, no "plush" upgraded amenities but all the basics were there and fine for this stay.

They were digging up the road at the front outside, with a huge machine facing the terrace, but that's not the hotel's fault. I'm sure they've finished the work already, and the location otherwise was great. Right on the beach, so perfect for nipping out for a swim. If you can get a room with a balcony facing the sea, so much the better (as long as the digger is gone).

It was a nice hotel, with a comfy room overlooking a busy street. Had to keep the window shut because of the traffic, but that didn't bother me much. I went out a lot. I wish I'd had a meal in the restaurant, because it was busy with lots of Spanish people, so I imagine it was pretty good. The old town is beautiful, full of narrow, charming streets and old houses. And it's just across the road from the hotel.

Traditional hotel with comfortable rooms with small balconies looking out on the sea. Ideal location with (pebbly) Playa La Roda being just meters away, and walking distance to the old town. If you travel by car, parking can be a bit difficult in Altea: the fallback is the free car park on the northern side of the train station. The old town is up the hill, definitely worth for the views and lots of good restaurants.
