I found staff accommodating and friendly. Location was perfect for me though others in the group may have preferred to be closer to main bar area. Breakfast and lunch were lovely Comfortable beds and pillows

Lack of sunbeds. Few parking places, but 100m away from the hotel is big free municipal parking lot.

Location on the waterfront. The soft drinks were included in half board. Good location to explore the island.

The token for 1 plastic glass drinks thing is very annoying. It would be better even if you could get two drinks at a time. I know it’s to stop abusing the all inc. But it’s annoying having to keep going to the bar. Also the staff wouldn’t be as busy if you could get two drinks.

Hotel was as described. Fairly basic but everything you need. The shower was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Only complaint was not a good fresh fruit selection at breakfast, and the coffee in the machines wasn't nice at all. The coffee machines were also v v slow to dispense, causing very large queues, I feel these machines need updating. Only tiny complaint, everything else was just fab. X

Location. Lovely rooms, everywhere so clean, fabulous sea vlew. Comfy beds, big shower cubicle. Fab breakfast, good selection. Friendly happy staff, all the reception staff were really nice. Really nice wine in the bar, we were not all inclusive though, , bed & breakfast so we're paying for our drinks, so we may have got different wine to the all-inclusive guests. 👌

Bed was uncomfortable and seemed not a good quality. 2 single steel frame beds instead of a solid base. Seemed to sink in the middle.

The cleaning ladies pushing us to leave the room before check-out time. The food, although it was very good-for-value. I couldn't expect more for what I paid, but I wouldn't dine there again.

The staff is friendly, the breakfast is plentifull, the position just in front of the beach, nice swimming pool even we did not use it, because wandering most of the time. Nice rooms, even if not with sea-view as specified in the reservation.

Love that it is right on the beach and that it is on the quieter side of San Antonio. The room was really large and the balcony was great. Buffet breakfast was awesome!

For the price I paid, my room was extremely small and very basic. It was also right opposite the lift and stairs, meaning it was always busy and I didn’t get much sleep. The hallway light was permanently on, shining under my door, which also effected my sleep. Also there was no fridge to store drinks in.

The location, the pool area, reception and restaurant were superb, the staff were also really friendly
