Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThis is nothing to do with hotel but it’s about a 15-20 walk to the beach…we knew this prior so people need to be aware of that. Also, the rooms were perfectly clean and the cleaners did great job however it may need revamping in the next year or so to keep up the standards.
Staff were amazing…we were self catering but could pay for dinner on the nights we wanted to stay in. No complaints about the food. Loved the view and the fact that it was private.

United Kingdomfood was lovely, hot, plenty of choice and quality meat choices. options for vegetarians and gluten free al La carte Indian was fabulous. excellent service from waiters and bar staff entertainment team friendly and enthusiastic reception staff also lovely if you ask questions and nothing is to much trouble but not openly informative. for example other guests told us about Indian Resturant and other facilities not the reception staff. bedrooms very nice spacious, clean and comfy hotel is nicely designed modern and chiq. lots of happy repeat guests

United KingdomThe should not advertise Cocktails then be unable to make, very disappointing, no time taken and served in plastic glass in evening when inside lounge, very poor. teyed to advise bartender how to make a pina colada. but what would I know !!!!!!!!! Indian restaurant was really poor, food did not taste like Indian food at all, everything was cooked in tomato sauce, even the bombay potatoes, the need to get an Asian chef, as its embarrassing, the only rhing authentic was the popodoms They also had a great big Buddha at the restaurant entrance 95% of Indians are Hindu not Buddist, again quite embarrassing
Staff very friendly. cleanliness, ambiance, in general the food was OK, Dennis in main restaurant is fantastic with everyone, both Claire's on reception are very helpful, Suites are great, views are excellant a 10min walk to strip and big bars, but plenty to do in hotel

Rooms large and comfortable for 4 people. Dennis in the restaurant is a real asset to the company. Food choice is great

Spainthe food in the Indian restaurant, it was beautifuly decorated, but the food was terrible sadly.
we really enjoyed this hotel, it was clean comfortable with excellent staff, food was great with plenty of choices for everyone, sadly the Indian restaurant looks great but the food is poor, but the main restaurant is great. the rooms are clean and comfortable we slept well for 5 nights but sadly the room above us for our last two nights was extremely noisy, we had to be up early to go home , I was woken up by the people upstairs at 2am by 4 am they hadn’t stopped so I called down stairs the man on the reception was extremely apologetic, he sent security up to speak to the people, unfortunately they continued to be noisy we ended up with 2 hours sleep not great when you have to travel the next day . but we will definitely come back as apart from this we had a great time, we were on the 22nd floor the view was amazing. thank you sandos Benidorm suits .

AustraliaMy only criticism is that for me nearly 70 with both hips replaced,to walk to the old town was an effort,especially in the heat However they do offer mobility scooters through a third party if you want one,and lots of people took that option
We started with a very rocky start in all honesty,we had been travelling for the whole day and very tired on arrival we were given a unit on the 25 th floor! Not good when you have a height phobia,which of course they were not made aware of,we explained and they explained they normally keep the lower floors for those with children,which makes perfect sense,we were found a room on the first floor unfortunately for us ( and them as we were very tired) the toilet played up shortly after we moved into the room, they sent someone very speedily to try and fix,and bless him try he did,but we were not happy at this stage to stay in this room,they then found us another on the fifth floor which was perfect,I was very rude sadly to the young girl on reception and felt dreadful venting about our frustration with the previous room,but despite my bad manners and behaviour,they smiled were courteous,and friendly,and in all honesty couldn’t do enough to help,the staff were wonderful As was the food,we had never done an all inclusive holiday and were a little uncertain as to what to expect ,but the food was amazing,catered for everyone it was tasty it was fresh and it was plentiful with as I say loads of choices One day we were lying by the pool,and looked up to the balcony of our room and the cleaner was wiping down the railings on the balcony,the cleaning was great,there were plenty of sanitiser around the whole experience was wonderful

Gibraltarit’s not that I did not like but the snack bar should be more varied. maybe a self service snack bar would be better. the entertainment team and shows are in need of a fully change over, my score would be be 1 out of 10.
all the staff where excellent and super lovely people. food was well presented and very varied food for all tastes.
