You are only allowed to go in the pool from 11 a.m to 3 p.m.. The Rooms have a connecting door to another room and this is what makes the room pretty noisy.

The staff were really helpful and nice. Pool area was very clean and never too crowded. The rooms were spacious.

Only slight downside was that the bed pillows were either too firm or too thick, slightly compromising our comfort during the night.

Our stay at Sanom Beach Resort was simply magical! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an exceptionally warm staff that made our stay unforgettable from the very beginning. We also had the opportunity to relax by the infinity pool. We enjoyed every moment spent relaxing in the jacuzzi or exercising in the well-equipped fitness center. In conclusion, our stay at Sanom Beach Resort was truly heavenly. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a luxurious seaside getaway, where impeccable service and breathtaking scenery combine to create unforgettable memories. -A door that is between rooms does not guarantee privacy! This is a massive downside -Lack of a small fridge. Instead there's a mini bar which is mainly for drinks someone needs to buy for. Especially for such a holiday destination where it's quite warm, a big cold bottle of water is always something good to have but it's not possible. This mini bar can't fit a big water bottle. -Cleanliness. 2 times, despite me taking a shower, the cleaning staff entered the room. That was a bit too much!

+The location is ideal for the ones who want to stay close to Yumbo center. It's within walking distance to many coffees, restaurants and places of interest. The walk to the beach is 30 mins but also someone can take the bus from just around the corner. +The staff is very friendly! +The outdoor area is very nice and well taken care of.

One of the only things I didn’t like, which didn’t bother me too much but may bother other people, was the door within the bungalow that can lead into the bungalow behind. Obviously it was locked but you can hear almost everything going on next door (showers running, conversations, etc). It would also have been nice to have a shower facility for people who have late flights in the evening, as our check out was 12pm and flight wasn’t until 9pm. But these were minor issues for us.

The property is in a great location, with supermarkets, the Yumbo Centre and the beach only a short walk away. The staff were very friendly, the cleanliness of the property was excellent, and the facilities were great.

We had connecting rooms which was great. Beds were comfy. Location was the best for what we wanted it for. Room itself had everything we needed for the trip. Bathroom was great. Just couldn’t really fault the place. Staff were friendly and helpful . Air con was great and pool area had everything we needed. The negative reviews are just moaners

- There were ants in the room (on bed/floor). - Pool and room cleaning could be improved. - No hangers for towels which was annoying. - It’s a bit odd having an adjoining door to another room but did not cause a big problem. - Only on the first day they provided Nespresso coffee (4 capsules) in the room. After that, they were expecting me to purchase coffee from the reception (1 capsule = 1 Euro). Wasn't bad but the price is high.

The hotel staff were very friendly and always had a nice greeting for us. There was plenty of sunbeds provided and there was never any problem obtaining one. The rooms, pool area and whole complex was very clean. I was almost put off by one or two reviews but they were completely unfounded and we were very pleased to stay at the Sanom Beach. We will definitely stay here again when returning to Playa Del Ingles.

Did not realise it was just room only wheb booked as didn't realise that no fridge was in the room for snacks and water etc. Although the mini bar did help with this at times.

A beautiful tranquil setting, exceptional high standards of cleanliness and well maintained. We had a poolside room which was lovely. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, cleaned daily with fresh towels. Breakfast is a la carte, not a buffet which was a nice feature. There is a nice bar area and the prices are not extortionate. All the staff are very friendly and courteous. One of the nicest places my wife and I have stayed.
