There wasn't great lighting in the lounge, we had to ask for bowls and spoons, and communication wasn't great.

Bed was a little short for me (6'2"). The suite has a microwave, hob and fridge but no kitchen sink, crockery or cutlery. We bought some food to.prepare a meal before realising there were no plates or knives and forks to eat it from.

It was a little hard to find as the sign on the street is pretty invisible. A good GOS is essential.

The bathroom - after I took a shower there was a lot of water on the floor. The tiles were old and peeling off.

The apartment has good location - near beach and city centre in a quit district. The bed was comfortable.

The room is set up as an apartment with a microwave etc good. However this in the sleeping space with a huge fridge freezer in the sleeping area which needed to be unplugged because it was so noisy.

The place is quirky with lots of artwork and fun stuff around. There is a balcony which was nice for sitting out.Garage parking . Very friendly reception. Close to the centre but very quiet.

No space available in property garage ( our fault for not booking a space) but alternative garage was available a short distance away. However, be aware that manoeuvring was rather difficult and parking spaces a bit tight. We managed to get our Nissan X Trail in but a bigger vehicle might struggle to park.

Lovely, spacious accommodation. Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave and fridge. Situated in nice residential street only a few minutes drive from ferry terminal so ideal for overnight stay before catching the ferry. Short walking distance down to marina/harbour area.

Could have benefited from some cutlery in the kitchen area, though it may be available, if you ask (we didn't ask, as we didn't require during our stay).

Superb, spacious accommodation. Highly recommended. Parking on-site upon request. There is a bus top right outside the front door. There is a lift. Very modern shower. Would definitely re-book this facility if/when we return to Santander.

there are some things that do not make sense - why is there only one bed side lamp ? - why is there a separate room with enourmous fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffeemachine (btw, there is only one socket....) and table with 4 chairs, but no water, no sink, no china/cutlery (except 4 coffe mugs) ?

It'S all good just remember despite elevators for all floors the property is up the hill and there are steps to the port.

This is a terrific venue just a few meters from the port and bars and cafes, with some steps. Lovely helpful staff free garage parking if you get there early and gorgeous rooms with views across the garden or to the port. A winner!!

Had expected a kitchenette area for preparing a meal but only a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee filter machine were provided. There wasn't any cutlery apart from teaspoons.

Great location with a view over the harbour area. Great to have parking for the car just 5 minutes away in a secure garage. Very clean and comfortable, plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

Too many doors in the apartment, the door separating en-suite bedroom from the living room was clashing into bathroom door al the time

it was strange not having a sink or proper catering facilities in the kitchenette area.

Good location - near bars and cafes, with fairly good facilities- fridge and kettle. Nice big towels. They have a lift. They provide a hairdryer Lovely views from balcony Pet friendly although charge €15 per pet Free parking in their garage

Shower curtain on walk in shower not overly practical.

Pet friendly, extremely helpful and easy. Parking facility downstairs limited but as long as you know you need a space they'll accommodate.

It could be a bit cleaner. The walls and curtains need refreshing. I was expecting to find a fully equipped kitchen but this is no longer available.
