I cannot fault this property.

Everything..It was very clean, comfortable, modern, and had everything we needed. The location was very good and parking near by at the university was very reasonable throughout the day and free at night. This property its self is very secure and is in a good safe area. There were also lifts in the building if you don’t like stairs. It is a short walk to the beach however there are regular buses (number 5 or 25) that can take you all the way round to the old town and other beaches. The staff were great, in particular Sergio who was very helpful with any questions we had. Top marks. 👍

I stayed two nights and it was excellent. The flat is close to supermarket, coffee places, walking distance to the beach. It was very clean and looked quite new. The host was very nice and helpful. Smooth check-in, easy check-out. I would stay there again.

Located in a very good, quiet and safe part of the city in a modern apartment building, with good access to street parking. Close walk to the beach and bay. Staff/owner very polite and helpful, always willing to provide information. Very nice service. The room was very clean, with southern windows overlooking the green inner square.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location was good, however for someone it might be a little bit far from the Old city center. Within a 25min walk beside beaches, you get to the city center or you can take a ride on the bus which takes 5 minutes. We loved the hospitality of the owner, with coffee capsules, soda and a beer in the fridge.

We came to san sebastian on a busy day and this was the closest place to the old town we found. Though there was a bus station nearby that took us to the oldtown everyday and the busses came frequently

We loved everything here, anything from the nuce and friendly guy who checked us in to the large room and it cleanliness and comfort.

I can't think of anything I disliked! Everything was perfect!

This was such a beautiful and modern room. Very quiet too. It was in a lovely location, within walking distance to the city or near the bus stop if fancied catching a bus! I cannot fault David who was incredibly welcoming and so helpful with information on where to eat. We took him up on his recommendations and really enjoyed La Espiga Pintxos bar. Lovely shower and comfy bed!

Our recent stay at the city suites was a delightful experience from start to finish. The location of the suites couldn't have been more perfect, offering easy access to all the city's attractions and cultural gems. We found ourselves immersed in the vibrant pulse of the city, with its bustling streets and charming neighborhoods just steps away from our doorstep. Exploring the city's iconic landmarks was a breeze, thanks to our central location. We could leisurely stroll to renowned museums, exquisite restaurants, and lively entertainment venues, all while enjoying the city's unique atmosphere. One minor downside to our otherwise pleasant stay was the occasional noise in the hallway. While it wasn't a constant disturbance, the noise from other guests passing by could sometimes be heard in our suite. However, this was a small inconvenience that didn't significantly affect our overall enjoyment. In summary, our stay at the city suites was a memorable one, with the location serving as a fantastic launchpad for our urban adventures. If you don't mind the occasional hallway noise, this spot is perfect for those looking to fully immerse themselves in the charm and culture of the city.

Fabulous accommodation in a prime quiet location. Ultra chic spot. The accommodation was very secure, clean and comfortable. The hosts were amazing, friendly and helpful. You could text them throughout your stay for any assistance required. The room can be cleaned each day and water, coke and beers are provided free of charge. Lots of cool restaurants and bars right beside the accommodation, beside bus stops and minutes from the beach.
