We loved the hotel in every respect and felt so relaxed at the end of our holiday. Nothing negative in our experience.

This hotel is nothing short of amazing . The service and accommodation is second to none….. Perfect in every respect!! We arrived for our vacation on the 12th May. On arrival we were greeted with a glass of bubbly and made extremely welcome!! We were escorted to our room by Christos. And he knew everything about the hotel. So knowledgeable!! A really nice guy who we saw a number of times during our stay. When we arrived at our room the Preferred Junior Suite Ocean View and the door opened all we could say was Wow!! The room and the view to the ocean was everything we had imagined and more. No soon had Christos gone, when Laura arrived with a bottle of Cava. What a beautiful gesture from the hotel. We were honestly really surprised and delighted. This hotel is more than special…. It is spectacular!! The service, the cleanliness, the quality and choice of the food , and the amazing staff totally made our holiday special. It was so nice to be able to dress up at night for dinner. There are so many more lovely things we could say. The staff are the spirit of this hotel and really make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank for this wonderful hospitality and experience. The location, as is a 25 minute walk into town, but only €5 one way in a taxi. The sea view wasn't the best, also had a view of an incomplete shopping centre.

The hotel was definitely a 5 star hotel. The pool area was so nice, very spacious, no need to worry about sunbeds at anytime. The room, we had a Junior Suite was lovely, clean , and we were made to feel so welcome. We were b&b, never seen so much much food and choice.

- Beach is unfortunately rocky (volcanic stone) - Had two single beds that constantly slipped apart - There is only one entrance on one side of the complex, I always walked everything twice because I first had to pass the hotel to the main entrance and then everything back to the room - Many tiresome guests who constantly reserve the few (best) sun loungers without needing them - The food in the hotel restaurants is ok but unfortunately not extremely good - Quite pricy - same buffet every day for breakfast

The gym is great but could do to be cooler. The pool view from the ground floor isn’t great compared to the first floor. We were behind the towel stand but last year we had a fantastic view from the floor above.

I loved that it was adults only and the pool area was very relaxing. Very comfortable loungers and a great towel service. The reception area is amazing and so luxurious. We thoroughly enjoyed a glass of cava on arrival. The overall experience is amazing and we’ll be back in the autumn 😎

I suggest anyone who was all inclusive do not checkout of their room until 12am, as if you checkout before, they close your all inclusive as soon as you do, as it is up to 12, We did not arrive until the evening on first day and got a voucher for lunch the last day, but because we checked out of our room before 12, we were told we could not have water unless we paid for it,

All ok but the heated pool was not heated, due to problems, Breakfast was good and plenty of choice

The immediate surrounding of the hotel isn’t pretty with building sites with graffiti, plastic rubbish on beaches, people walking dogs that foul everywhere on the beach… The breakfast was disappointing. No live music (whether classic, DJ or jazz), no a La carte orders, very few vegan options, on some days no diary free yoghurt… Spa in need of refurbishment. A little too far from Corralejo town. Pool was apparently heated but it was still very cold and most people went for a quick jump in and out once.

The closeness to Corralejo port was convenient within Fuerteventura, the dunes nearby are pretty, and the courtyard pool makes a lot of sense on a windy island. The gym had outstanding views and amazingly helpful staff. Big shout out to the team that works there!

The only thing that was annoying was that our upwind room neighbours chain smoked on their terrace. This made it tricky to sit on our terrace and enjoy the wonderful ambiance/sea views. The hotel should group smokers at the downwind side of the hotel. They should not be afraid of doing this as a Spa holiday is about health and fitness and not enduring other people's second hand smoke fumes. The smokers ship has sailed - let's get with the programme.

This is an exceptional hotel in every sense. The facilities, particularly the Spa, were marvelous and kept very clean. The buffet was excellent and the evening entertainment of a very high standard. Location is very good but swimming in the sea in front of the hotel is tricky due to the nature of the lava terrain. However, there is a lovely sandy beach about a kilometer to the northeast.

Guests reserving sunbeds before breakfast, and then pool staff not clearing towels from sunbeds after guests left during day. Bed needed the mattress turning over - it had sunk in the middle!

The breakfast service has room for improvement. We were Preferred Club and there often wasn't a set table in that area so we had to wait for a member of staff to notice us and set the table or sit in the standard area where we weren't allowed to order from the eggs menu. In other hotels we have been welcomed and shown to a table. The staff seemed to have less training that the absolutely fantastic staff in the the rest of the hotel. The eggs menu was delicious and came quickly once ordered! We have still graded this trip as 10 out of 10 as the slight issues with the breakfast experience didn't detract from what was a fantastic holiday.

Just perfect in every way, - where to start! The location is perfect, a lovely walk into the town but quiet enough that it feels like it has its own beach. The restaurants were so good and the staff were exceptional, every meal we had, both at lunch and for dinner was just delicious. The hotel was so spacious and comfortable we were looked after in every way. We had a fantastic room with loads of fresh towels and a lovely bathroom, the bed was comfortable, everywhere was spotless, the sun loungers are fantastic. We didn't want to come home- cant wait to come back!
