Perfect location, very close to the action, but very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. The most interesting mini-bar that I have ever seen! The valet parking service was convenient. Delicious breakfast.

Attention to detail, rooms have been well thought about. Have stayed in many lovely hotels that often don't get it right. Seda club did, little things like actually having a chair and proper dressing table area with mirror at the right height for doing hair and make up for ladies. Full length mirror, seating area, lovely toiletries. Little treats left in our room such as different food treats, or a lovely hand cream and face cleanser left on your bedside table with the turndown service, fresh flowers, slippers in different sizes for male and female, that's a first usually other hotels the slippers are one size large, far too big for ladies. All these gave a personal touch that made you feel valued and thought about to have the best stay possible. Lovely friendly and knowledgeable staff, fantastic alacarte breakfast too, lovely rooftop bar, great location, beautiful furniture and decoration through out the hotel...I could go on!

6.50 euro surcharge PER PERSON for room service. I have no reservations about paying a surcharge for room service, but for two people when the food only cost €32 was quite steep.

Super Service! They could organize Alhambra Tickets last minute in the busiest week of the year. Incredible. We were lucky as someone cancelled last minute. ( Book your tickets well in advance. )

While we told reception on arrival that my wife has a food allergy, we still got a daily plate with the banned fruit on... Service levels were not quite on a par with a long term five star hotel, somewhat inconsistent during the week we spent here. Work in progress I think, but there was plenty of enthusiasm from the staff. The lighting controls in the room were the most complex I've encountered and it took several days to get the proper hang of them. Some instructions would help. The in-room tablet with the hotel information app was useless, freezing up and unresponsive. Room ventilation was a little warm for our taste and for some reason it went up several degrees in the middle of the night before coming down again. We turned the ventilation off after a couple of uncomfortably hot nights.

First class small luxury hotel perfectly located in the centre of Granada. Staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you. The suite was nicely furnished and very quiet. The bed was supremely comfortable, one of the best I've ever slept on. Excellent bathroom and even an automatic toilet! Plenty of power points for equipment charging. Breakfast choice was very good. Dinner menu was also very good with plenty of choice, beautifully cooked. The afternoon petit fours were a nice touch. Service at meals was very good. the concierge was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with, as were the reception staff. Simply a nice place to be and it made all the difference to our stay in wonderful Granada.

The staff is exceptional. The location is perfect. The rooms are comfortable, clean and lovely. Service is extraordinarily. Tariff is reasonable. The breakfast is above and beyond. The restaurant is excellent. The bar is small but very good. House cleaning is prompt and superbe. We loved absolutely everything.

Everything. It’s this quiet hidden gem behind a very discrete exterior. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the bathroom and facilities were top notch. The welcome I got from the team was wonderful. They arranged for a guided tour of Alhambra for me on very short notice, and the guide was absolutely great (ask for Marta, she’s a gem)! They also got me tickets for a flamenco show at the Cueva la Rocio, which was phenomenal.
