The staff were not really friendly principally the outside snacks bar staff they were grumpy and rude, food wasn’t great, entertainment was basic

I paid for pool view and got a room with back street view,it was a big room but it didn’t have the pool view I’ve paid for! I made a request for the room I took last year (room120) had a mistake error (room105) and received a back street view (room104 in which I had to get maintenance in for having both broken patio doors locks) didn’t get money back or neither wrist band to compensate my loss so big upset about that :( , smoking signs everywhere thats not allowed and still people smoked everywhere as they pleased no one to control or tell people to don’t smoke and in between the kids entertainment shows it was very unpleasant, house keeping didn’t pay much attention to details towels,loo rolls, soap shortages.

Very good desk, bar , entertainment , life guard staff, very good facilities big comfortable room, amazing pool and slides , restaurant really good .

Bathroom design is terrible, shower room is seperate to toilet. Hand basin is in the bedroom, shower room is in the bedroom, once you step out of the shower room you are in the bedroom, no privacy for people sharing or families using bathroom facilities

Sometimes the reception staff contradicted each other and themselves. One staff member told me to book tickets for the bus to Barcelona online and another then told me we must go to the station to get tickets. One member of staff told me it was €10 to rent an iron and the same member of staff told me it was €20 the next day. The buffet was nice but if you were not one of the first in then you risk long queues, cold food and even a reduced menu..... get in early to avoid this.

The swimming pool was really accessible as well as the multiple slides to entertain both kids and adults. The entertainment staff were nice and made a real effort to engage everyone in games and water activities. The location was great, less than 10min walk from the beach and very close to shops.

View to the pool area from the hotel room was an advantage with (pre)teen-aged children. Nice slides. Location: Bus from Barcelona stopped very close to the hotel. Walking distance to the beach. Comfortable temperature to sleep & good beds. (when Day time temp 30 Celcius)

Kids entertainment could do with being a bit better and a bit earlier as generally didn't start till 9/10pm. Tea should probably be around 6.30pm instead of 7.30pm. Could do with a bit better gluten free options they did have a little bowl of goodies and bread but could be a little bit more of an option.

Great facilties for kids, waterpark was great for kids! Food was really good different verities every meal time. Very clean rooms were a great size and beds were comfy.

The room we had been giving has no kettle or iron so we asked at reception they said we need to give cash deposit for these items, we did not bring any cash. This should be clearly stated in description of room. In our room all except one electric sockets did not work. The door to the balcony did not lock so no security. The phone was not connected and was not working. There was a broken light in balcony area so lights did not turn on at night. The cupboards are difficult to open. We had to request blankets which should be in the room. Sink in bathroom is blocked. All these things should have been checked before we arrived. All these things were fixed but it wasted our holiday time which we can’t get back as we needed to be in the room with the maintenance men so we could ensure all was repaired. They do not have an indoor pool. Not recommended for adults only holiday. Food was a bit repetitive and we had a funny tummy one evening due to the food. our bed sheets were not done for the entire of our stay. The local beach have not got soft sand it is small pebbles and you will not be able to build sandcastles

After taking a shower, the water took ages to drain. and even with the door closed there would be a lot of water on the floor in the room afterwards. The first day there were buckets full when I opened the door and it was a huge mess! Next day I waited to open the door until the water had drained but still there were a lot of water in the room… I mentioned this at check out and the man at the reception said it is an architectural fault and all rooms suffer from this. This is unacceptable.

The beds were nice and the staff were very service minded.

We were given a room with dirty floor. When we are already in the room, maintenance came to install the broken smoke detector which is very uncomfortable because they had to make a hole in the ceiling and left more dirt on the floor. The bathroom floor floods when we use the shower.

There are few and repetitive choices of the buffet but everything is good. The location is very nice to and everything is very easy to access.

Are at the pool was like in farm! Dirty. No cleaning due the day, empty cups everywhere, used pampers on floor. Unsanitary and disgusting. We did not use poll with our kids, but we book hotel because of the kids pool options. Smoking everywhere, no none-smoking areas at pool or hotel rooms. Families sitting by the children's pool with a baby in their arms and a cigarette in their teeth. If you are a non-smoker and your children are not usually exposed to cigarette smoke, and if you want to spend time with your children by the pool, do not book this hotel. If you don't want to use the pools and are only interested in sleeping and eating, this hotel is suitable.

Food was good, sea food night with salmon, prawns and mussels. Paella every day. Every morning fresh omelet and pancakes. Staff was helpful and nice. Rooms were cleaned every day.

Cleanliness of the cutlery. Most of the plates and spoons were dirty. Brought it to the notice of the staff in restaurant but they didn't do anything about it. At the time of check-in we had informed about our food preferences as Vegetarian (no egg, meat or fish). We were assured that it would be taken care of & we had booked Full-Board. We were offered very less (1 or 2) vegetarian option & when we asked the staff at the restaurant they didn't even oblige to our request. We ended up eating outside though we had booked Full-Board.

Dinner wasn’t great at all. Struggled to find what to eat. Some food undercooked. Generally lack of cleanliness in some areas. Slippery floors around pools. Lack of animation for kids.

The evening entertainment was almost non existent apart from the same lady playing the same songs. Some nights there were no entertainment at all. The hotel needed some tlc, lots of areas closed off, two bars upstairs unused only leaving one bar for all guests outside by the pool. Some areas looked run down.

The waterslides were great fun for all the family, the hotel was clean and food was ok. Rooms were spacious and cleaned daily.

Room service wasn't quite good. We asked for shampoo, they brought us and then took back again. Room floor wasn't clean. Not enough umbrellas during sunbathing at daytime. You have to get up early in the morning to reserve umbrella, otherwise you will end up without one.

Swimming pool and kids rides were great. Sharply clean bedding and towels.
