The room had a kitchen but no plates, cutlery etc.

There could be a few glasses and plates in the cupboards in the kitchen, as well as a kettle and teabags :)

Breakfast was lovely with plenty to choose from. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

The room was too small for a 3 bed acomodation.Tv was too old , not allow the smart view .

The location is nice near a mall, the room was cool even thought outside were 41°c. The staff was excelent and very polite. Was clean and well sound proof.

Hotel is starting to feel dated with furniture and fittings looking/feeling like they need an update.

Perfect location for trips to Parque Warner. Hotel rooms are well presented and very spacious with comfortable beds.

Room was large overlooking an internal and quiet courtyard. Bed very comfortable. Unusually we had breakfast which was quite good.

excellent positition, not far from the motorway, plenty of parking, near to a large shopping centre with bars and restaurants. Check in staff were exceptional, very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were very clean and spacious, beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept in.

You had to pay for the kitchen within the room and it didn't have any cutlery or even a kettle for an instant coffee.

The family room is massive, 2baths and 3bedrooms. Perfect location for going to the Warner park. There is also a shopping mall within walking distance with restaurants and a supermarket. The master bedroom bed was very comfy and large. Cheaper breakfast options at the bar downstairs and nearby if you don't want buffet breakfast.

The check-in was a bit weird - we said we were English but she continued to speak in very rapid Spanish that wasn't easy to follow. Most hotels will speak English; but at least slow down a bit so we can follow your Spanish! It describes itself as an aparthotel but the kitchenette was bereft of almost anything that you'd expect - there was a fridge and a sink plus some empty cupboards but not even a kettle, crockery or cutlery let alone washing-up liquid or a washing machine - so it's a good job we weren't relying on this aspect. And the lights in the bedroom were disappointing - dim or misisng in some areas. The bath had no non-slip surface or mat, which meant showering was risky. There is a single EV charger in the underground garage (and we were fortunate to get on it) but it is very slow and was still trickling charge into our car when we left 15 hours after arriving. Meal options in the evening were limited - the hotel's offer was disappointing but there didn't seem to be much elsewhere either so we ended up at the shopping centre next door eating (very cheap) pizza. Breakfast was adequate but the choices were fairly minimal.

This is a decent hotel with good-sized rooms, comfortable beds and a cheap but secure underground car park that is easier to get into than many others and it even has an EV charger that was free.

The air conditioning did not work. The wifi in my room did not work. Breakfast was poor and for 13 Euros you are better going to the local cafe where you can eat for 10.00 Eur

Great hotel in Pinto. Good sized room and bathroom. Mall at the side is great to buy groceries and the park at the other side is very nice 👌

Furniture is outdated, sinks and taps are very old and difficult to regulate. The mattress felt old. Breakfast options are average. No fresh orange juice and they didn't even had proper cups this morning. We had to use paper cups. This please is not worth the money we paid for two nights.

4 star hotel without toiletries kit (no soap bar, no shower cap) only wall mounted hand gel ond shampoo. No bag for laundry, only given on request. Breakfast with only disposable cutlery, so impossible to cut bread or peel fruits (note to manegement: covid virus doesn't survive the dishwasher). the wifi coverage was bad in one of the rooms. In one day the room was not done when we came back at 5 pm.
