The room we had wasn’t in the same location as the pool so was a bit disappointed as it looked different than the photos and what we expected.

It was a good location and very close to the restaurants and supermarkets. It had what we needed in our room.

We requested a ground floor room, as there are no lifts . The staff were very helpful, so we were allocated a room in the annex by the pool , a couple of minutes walk from the main hotel. Unfortunately the room was very small with only approx 2ft each side of the bed, It was difficult to unpack the suitcases as there were no drawers in the room but there were 2 drawers under the bathroom sink. The small wardrobe area was only half length as there was a fridge underneath. The bed had a firm foam mattress. All very clean but a bit too firm for our liking.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good , easy to walk to restaurants, shops and beach. All areas of the hotel were extremely clean & well maintained. The dining room was very tranquil with gentle piped music. The breakfast buffet & hot plates were very good with plenty of selection. The hotel was quiet especially in the evenings which provided a relaxed & restful holiday.

Great location. Super nice staff. Very clean. Good AC. In a quiet residential area with easy to find FREE street parking. 24 hrs reception. Complimentary beach towels. Beach umbrella €3 for the week to rent. Nice balcony to enjoy. Cute pool and lots of lounge chairs.

The air con has no timer unlike other hotels in the area. Staff were quick to help with an issue with our key with no questions asked.

I find the pool's size a bit small, and the space around is not carefully thought-out. There is no elevator. Honestly, that was fine during our stay but in arrival and departure days we had to carry our luggage in stairs to and from the 2nd floor.

The staff is very welcoming, special thanks to EVA, who warmly received us, despite our very late arrival, she was very kind and even helped carrying the luggage ! The room is good enough to rest comfortably after a long day in the beach ! Breakfast, cleaning and reception services are very good as well. (for cleaning services I would like to ping MANOLIA, for her kindness and always smiling face :) ) Also,I liked that we had the possibility to rent some beach gadgets in the reception, which was very helpful.

We first checked-in to ground floor room which did have ants, but this was due to the Season and hot weather. The Hotel was happy to let us swap rooms though, to a room on Second Floor 😁

Very friendly staff from the reception, Kitchen Staff and Cleaners, who were willing and able to answer any questions we had. Fantastic Breakfast Buffet style with great selection of foods, plenty of different breads, meat and fruit. Cleanliness was fantastic with bedsheets and rooms cleaned daily, along with the facilities such as the pool at the Hotel. Great Location in town centre, close enough to all the beaches, shops and restaurants, with the Marina only 30 min walk, but the Hotel is quiet and peaceful for goods nights sleep. For further travel bus stop was only 5 mins away. Easy to get from Airport to Hotel thanks to the shuttle bus link.

The single bed could have had a slightly softer mattress, if I'm really looking for something I "didn't like". But that's a preference, not really a negative.

What a perfect little pearl of a hotel! Pilar and Michael are the perfect hosts for this wonderful place, and the cleaners were all so friendly and adorable. Lovely rooms and private bathrooms, air-con (which we needed), a mini-fridge, a private pool and a great bar all made for a great second stay here. We were even able to borrow a kettle and some cups from the bar. The free wi-fi is a life-saver considering how spotty the coverage can be in Cala d'Or, and the offer of beach towels you can borrow for the duration of your stay is a great touch. And as there were 5 of us, with an evening flight home, the hosts were gracious enough to allow us to keep one of the rooms for a few extra hours, so no dragging our suitcases around (although they do also offer a storage room for suitcases and a shower in the main building). Amazing, and cannot wait to come back. Thanks for another brilliant holiday!

I am a celiac and Ana did everything special for me. All the staff members are friendly and super nice. The location is perfect walking distance to the city center, shops, restaurants, bares and beaches. It was a pleasure holiday.

Perhaps having the very short walk to the swimming pool which is housed in a separate hotel annexe. The pool and surrounding poolside furniture was good and there was the added bonus of very clean toilet facilities on site.

Very centrally located , literally two minutes from shops and restaurants. My bedroom, bathroom and balcony were always spotless. Good value breakfast with an assortment of choices. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The bed was quite firm but depends on personal preference. Our room was located by the staircase which meant that we heard all the noise of people walking and talking which happened throughout the night making it a bit difficult to sleep.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. They were quick to help us with any questions. The location is also great - very close to shops and the beach. Addition of the fridge in the room is great for keeping the water cold during the really hot days. Even when it was hot, the room was easy to keep cold even without turning A/C on. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. Overall it was a really nice stay and we enjoyed our time.

the receptionist both day and night shift were very friendly and greets us with smile from check in to when we check out. The location is perfect. everything is walking distance from the hotel. there is a big supermarket right next to the hotel. shops and restaurants are within minutes walk. the room was clean and spacious. we loved the balcony!

Nothing, everything was todo bien!

Always love everything about this place. The staff, the location, the rooms, the pool! Location is very central, Spar supermarkt in the same street. Walking distance to several beaches and restaurants. Room has everything you need, even has a little fridge. Can’t wait to come back next year again. Gracias!!
