Top host provides recommendations on places to see, food to eat and restaurants. Topo position, a short walk to the cathedral or to the river. VERY QUIET, despite being in the centre. They offer lockers, early check in and late check out. They even order the taxi for you. Just top as B&B but a bit pricy, depending on the time of the visit.

Nothing everything about it was perfect

Lovely welcome showed how to use code to enter our room which was perfect and had a roof top terrace , gave us recommendations for places to visit and bars and restaurants will definitely come back 🙂

Everything was perfect, the contact with the host, the room as in the pictures. Quiet street, you can get a good night's sleep. Very clean and super internet. A few minutes from the centre and the cathedral.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Located in what looks like an old building but fantastically renovated. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. It looks like they've done renovation just yesterday, design, comfort and cleaning - just amazing. They even got a kettle with sugar, tea bags and instant coffee in the room as well as a minibar with complementary water. The staff was amazing and contacted us via whatsapp 2 days before arrival and offered any help we needed + sent us security pin codes to enter the building as well as our room in case we arrive late. The gentlemen who met us on arrival was the friendliest host we've ever met. Explained us everything about the town, gave us a map, and good restaurant list and many other suggestions and ideas. The location couldn't be better, only 5 minute walk to bus stop where you can catch bus to any part of town (including buses to train station) and only 3 minute walk to historic downtown square (cathedral area) with a lot of restaurants, shops, sights and etc. But at the same time the building itself is located on a very quiet street. Definitely recommended!

What a lovely place to stay, it is in the perfect location to explore Sevilla - a stones throw away from the most beautiful spots, and surrounded by lovely little eateries and bars. The room is modern and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. We stayed in room 2 with the patio which would have been amazing if the weather was a bit better! We had one evening when it didn't rain and it was lovely relaxing outside before we went out for a meal. The service was very friendly and welcoming, communication was outstanding. If we're ever fortunate enough to visit again we'll hope to book a room here again.

That I didn't stay longer!

Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Super safe! Lots of restaurants nearby and also a supermarket. Flamenco show around the corner. Super friendly staff/owner. Easy to reach via Whatsapp and answered any questions I had about the area or requests about the room. Always happy to help! Also gave great local tips, where to eat, where to go. So so friendly!! Easy check in process as well with doorcodes, no keys needed. And they made sure they were around when I arrived around 8-9pm to welcome me and gave me a map and some tips straight away. The attached private terrace is fantastic!!!! Really enjoyed myself there every day during my siësta! Fun in the sun on the sunbeds. Comfortable bed, fridge in the room, plenty of space for hanging clothes. Private entrance with elevator or via staircase. Added an extra night right away. Would definitely book here again if I ever come back!

The only thing is that the bedroom drapes were very thin and the street lighting was not blocked during the night. These should be replaced.

Beautiful and super-clean room and amenities, friendly and helpful service and great location. I could walk to all the sites in a few minutes.

Location is fantastic! Easy to walk everywhere. Cathedral is almost next door! I felt very safe with access code to get in the building and in to my room. Very quiet, clean and comfortable! Jose Miguel was very helpful with check-in directions and information! If I'm lucky enough to return to Seville, this will be a top choice! Highly recommend! Great restaurants - tapas, gelato, etc very close. And, a nice laundromat very close by.

All good... Love it!

Its host - Jose very professional, friendly, helpful and making sure i arrived in Sevilla safely and that made me feel home. Jose prepared his guests with useful travel guide, i travelled based on his recommendations which made my life much easy and i got to cover pretty much the Sevilla's famous tourist spots! Mucho gracias, Jose! And, Jose has an Assistant - Antonio, an apple to the eyes! Jose's place very safe, quiet and beautifully designed with Sevilla's vibes! I am just loving it...
