Breakfast excellent, location in the city also great.

We needed to park a couple of motorcycles. Parking a bit tricky to find and was expensive. However, the hotel is located in the old town so none of the nearby hotels will have easy parking.

Lots to like, perfect location, hotel has a really pleasant rooftop bar serving inexpensive (but delicious) beer. Plenty of eating options on your doorstep, great atmosphere. Excellent value.

First day breakfast was cold, but after complaining it was fine. No coffee making in room. Great room, but with a little TLC it could have been excellent

The hotel was in a great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bedroom was very comfortable. It was excellent value for money.

Water leaked from shower onto floor. Could not turn off the AC without removing the keycard, which would also turn off the electrics.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Provided information on how to get to certain sites and what had free entry on a Monday. Room was available so enjoyed an early check in.

The hotel is located very centrally which means very much noise, including very late in the evening and very early in the morning. The room is fitted with heavy style furniture. Tight space. High-tech shower cabin that did not function. Small breakfast room - we had to wait for a table. on one of our 3 days stay.

The location is very central. There is inhouse parking. Decent buffet breakfast.

The girl that was in charge of the catering for breakfast was very rude and he attitude was not acceptable, as we were meeting friends who had travelled from Portugal we all wanted to sit together for breakfast, but informed us that we couldn't put the tables together for breakfast, but gave no reason as to why we couldn't.

The breakfast was okay but it was the same items on the menu every day, so it was a bit disappointing in that respect.

The bathroom was scary and dark, the tv only very small desktop screen (9-13in) and only had Spanish language movies. The room was uncomfortable but we manage to spend a lot of time outside due to its location

Great location on major square, our stay was good value for money and perfectly comfortable! We didn’t have a proper window in our room but bed was comfy, shower was great and since we were out and about all the time it was a great base

Noisy, can hear everything through the thin walls. Couldn't work the shower.

Location was amazing but very difficult to find even with satnav, the one way system is a nightmare. Parking is great...when you know where it is. Quite liked the quirky furniture in the hotel.

The downside was not having the option for a late check-out or the opportunity to take a shower after 12 noon. On the last day, it's pleasant to have a shower before heading back home.

The location of the hotel was in the center of the city. Close by were the restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is fantastic and the staff are very friendly happy to help you . Definitely recommend :)

There was no lighting in the hallway to get to the room. Luckily I had my flashlight to walk up the steps. This is a hazard and safety issue.

There is no air ventilation in the bathroom, so it smells really bad. Sink drain was also open. It was not clean as well. Its okay for one night.
