The staff was very accommodating. I recommend this hostel should you be visiting Madrid.

- Need a secure closet available for everyone, even if it's not free. People need a safe area to store their belongings. The available ones are too small, and any key can open it. - Basic English language training would empower the staff to communicate more effectively it's impossible to speak only Spanish in hostel reception. - Clothes hanger are not available in shower.

Cleaning is good, water is hot.

I would not recommend to stay longer than a night. All beds are in a huge room, therefore I didn't like the idea behind

No window at all in the room and the color of the wall

I was expecting to have a window in the private room. Basically it is a dark gray box.

Showers was too small , no where to get changed after you washed The walls of my room was very thin you could hear everyone

I Opted for a private room so I had my own personal space but no windows The hostel is only a few mins walk from a metro station It's cheap and cheerful

I was on the top of 3 bunks. The bunks are like kids one and not attached to the wall or even pushed completely up against in. There was a place to charge the phone by the pillow but no where to put it. I put it under the pillow and went to sleep but it quickly feel down to the floor which isn’t good for the phone or people down there.

Clean, great staff and straightforward to check in. Great location by all the shops. Short walk from the train station where the airport Tain goes go

- shower was too small - no hall to to sit in ( just beds to sleep)

- Big main bathroom and 2 other ones - Clean and no noises at night so l slept good - Close to the metro station nuevos ministreos (14min walk) which you come to from the airport - staff was really nice and friendly (24/7)

Bank beds have three levels and are very shaky. Better attach those to the nearby wall to eliminate swinging :)

the lockers were abit small, especially if you have a big luggage. felt like we were in a container.

It was a pretty good location, as the metro into the centre only took about 10-15, sometimes shorter as it depends where you are going. It is the best you can expect for a hostel. The bathrooms were spacious and always felt like I could use them.

I needed to sleep early but it felt like the lights stayed on for so long. Beds aren't great but you get what you pay for and it really didn't cost that much! Perfect for a quick stay!

24 HR reception, staff friendly! Lots of shopping and metro station super close! One of the two showers was being repaired but staff v apologetic about it.

Bathrooms are too small and not enough. No kitchen or fridge. The room itself was ok, but still small.

Location is not far away from the city center, good Wi-Fi connection, relatively clean bathrooms. Hair dryer is available per request.

the value for money is amazing. i mean, it isn't five star, but it isn't meant to be - its a cheap but clean and well maintained hostel, right in the middle areas of Madrid. Excellent value for money. toilet facilities are clean and comfortable.

Hard to find the real entrance in Google maps indications.

24h reception. They provide extra things if you need like coffee, soap with an super honest price. Clean, modern and autometed lights in the night. Great, silent, position. Easy to reach with the metro and other transpors. Reccomendend for people use to hostels.
