Other than coffee, tea, or toast, the breakfast items were cold items. The breakfast was adequate to start the day.

How friendly and helpful the staff were. That it was close and convenient to busses, the tram, the "7 Streets", the market and two grocery stores, yet it was just enough on the edge to be a quiet little corner.

The hotel has good location in Casco Vieho. It is quiet and comfortable place. The personel is ready to help with any questions.

the quality of the doors and the soundproofing was quite low, the bathroom door made a lot of noise, not really maintained, and you could here everything through the adjoining walls.

Rooms and premises are overall clean but show some wearing. There's no toilet brush in the bathroom!? Kettle would be nice to have in room.

Staff is very helpful. Good location - just nearby old town. Tram and bus stops near by. Cafes and bars and grocery stores nearby - no point to take hotel's relatively expensive breakfast. Considering high price levels of Bilbao's hotels Sirimiri seems to have ok price/quality ratio.

Somewhat dated interior in the lobby. No bar in hotel (vending machines available for drinks and snacks).

Clean beds, bathroom. Location not far from old town, though very quietneighborhood. Good desk for work. Coffee shop and bar near hotel.

The day of my arrival the person doing the check in took.a lot of time to plan a tour of the city for the customers ahead of me, leaving me waiting for a very long time. It is nice to have advise of this type but I suggest to check in the customers first and then do the value added tour suggestions when it does not conflict with check ins or check outs

Very noisy inside the room you could hear everything going on in the neighbouring rooms. Also water took ages to warm up.

It was noisy one night- people shouting in the corridor. Our shower was broken and it wasn’t mended even though we asked a couple of times.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel in the car. I would not recommend the breakfast, but there are plenty of bars very near to buy good coffee and croissants.

Parking was good (but limited to 11 cars). Room was fine. Fairly near the old town and restaurants in walking distance. Museums not too far away.

The property was fine & a good stay for the money. I would have liked to be a little closer to the action, but the prices would be higher.

The room was quite comfortable, clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was just on the outskirts of the old city center. There were a couple of great cafes very close by, that were a much better deal for breakfast than at the hotel.

Unfortunately, despite asking, we didn't get a quieter room. Street and neighborhood noise could also be heard on the 3rd floor. Bathroom was large and clean. The location is good and many things are within walking distance. Getting in and out of parking spaces becomes quite difficult because of the other cars. But the hotel can't do anything about it.

Very handy to old town area and tram. Very quiet even during festival week and great air conditioning. Reception staff very helpful and gave great ideas on what to do in Bilbao. Lovely big window. 24 hour reception.

You need tp climb into bath for shower. The bath was a little damaged.
