Very clean, lovely staff, beautiful views and pool area. Rooms had everything we needed and a lovely balcony with sunbeds, parasol and washing line. Great food and drink. Good location.

Great apartments with a fabulous view over Los Gigantes and La Gomera. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, all were very friendly and helpful. Food & drinks from the pool bar were great. We didn't have breakfast included so can't comment on that but it looked good. Apartment was equipped with everything you need to self cater if you want to. Steep walk up to the apartment but a taxi from the resort centre was only 5 euros if we didn't fancy walking.

The location was amazing for the sunset, it’s a steep walk to get there but worth every step. The staff were very professional and welcoming. The poolside barbecue and evening entertainment was good quality. Some lovely touches in the room, water in the fridge, sweets on the bed, quality toiletries, and the origami toilet roll was so good I even took a picture of it!! Overall it was a fantastic place to stay

Somehow I couldn't wash my hands clean, I guess this has something to do with the water. I had the same problem also in the restaurants in Los Gigantes. There weren't enough indoor desks for the breakfast.

The view from our room is fantastic and we could enjoy the sunset almost every day. The pool was also warm and we didn't feel cold to swim in March/April. Breakfast was normal 4 Star hotel standard.

Personally not keen on memory-foam mattresses on beds as I find them hot. Breakfast doesn't start until 0830 - this was not great for us as we like to get up and get out to make the most of holidays. It also means that there is a bit of a rush as lots of people clearly want to get in when it starts and this makes it busier than it needs to be. Parking in the terraces near the hotel is a a bit of a lottery and we had to walk quite a long way with luggage on the day we arrived. Some bits of Los Gigantes are OK (the harbour and the Santiago walkway) but we didn't think much of the rest of it as it is tired and scruffy.

This aparthotel feels and looks very new. We liked the space in our 2-bedroomed unit, it was plain and functional rather than luxurious but had everything we wanted. Nice balcony overlooking the town and out to sea/cliffs. Swimming pool very pleasant. Good breakfast. Very nice staff. We liked the location high up above the town as it is quiet and away from the mostly dreadful bar music and various live singing.

If anything, then we had a bit difficulty on finding a parking space midday, no issues in the evening.

We absolutely loved the view from our apartement. It was also cleaned regularly with high quality. Pool area was also nice with plenty of room. Breakfast had a nice variety to our taste. We stayed for an entire week and during the stay it was also my birthday, loved the effort of balloons and the complementary bubbles in the room. Will definately stay here again if in Tenerife!
