There were missing plates in the kitchen, probably they forgot to put them back after washing. However it didn’t have an inpact for our overall experience as 10/10! :)

I booked this apartment because of private parking. But the place exceeded my expectation. Wonderful apartments with a great value for money. I booked the smallest, basic apartment but I got an apartment with two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (!) That was very comfortable for our Family of 4. The place is very cosy and you can feel a history here. It is in the heart of lovely historic Albacin. The apartment was clean, maybe some of the furnitures needs to be change, but we didn’t care about such details. The reception service is exceptional. Helpful and friendly. We got a map of the Town with some tips and places to visit (including restaurants and tapas bars). It was a perfect but too short stay! Hope to come back one day!

Adrian at Reception was so friendly and helpful with advice for routes, places to eat and getting taxis for us. Very nice property and quite close to the major sites.

Literally everything, location, amenities, staff, view from windows and coziness of the apartment. It is one of the best aparthotels we have ever stayed, may be first one.

The shower is a bit uncomfortable, not fully separated from the toilet area, which leads to water overflow. Uncomfortable mirror on the wall with low lighting and low visibility. Air conditioning does not work in winter and the room has little air at night. The electric kettle is of poor quality and the water runs over the edges.

Great location, spacious room with windows overlooking the city, washing machine with dryer, comfortable sofa to sleep on, nice yard.

Not so much the accomodation, but you have to keep in mind that it's a downhill walk to the towncenter so also a uphill walk to the facility. :)

Beautiful environment and great view. There is a restaurant at the premises but only open during the season.

Location, the entire apartment was cosy, the view was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Walkable distance to good food and coffee.

The place was beautiful and the hosts very helpful. I loved the location but it was hard to get to with narrow streets. That was part of its charm and the hosts gave us EXCELLENT driving instructions. They also had an ample garage which was a surprise.

The walk is mainly uphill with rocky terrain, which was very difficult to manage with our luggage. It would be very helpful to advise guests to take a car or taxi. There is no place to put toiletries in the toilet. it would be nice to have shelving. The blankets provided were rather thin.

Location is good, Alhambra can be viewed from balcony, there are eateries & shops within 10mins' walk. The host was very nice to prepare Maria biscuits, coffee & tea.

Bedroom and toilet in the upper level, need to climb up and down just to use the toilet. Not suitable with those with movement problem, need to walk alot of up and downhill to hotel.

Big room with proper kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Toilet floow has heating which is a bonus. Apartment i stay has good view of cathedral.

very nice hotel, located in the center, please remember that you have to climb stairs everywhere, there are many climbs. There is a parking lot, access through narrow streets, a medium SUV can handle it easily, but you have to drive carefully, the directions are very good with one exception, in photo no. 7 there is no longer a building (it was demolished).

Having a garage in such a location is the best bonus! Even if it is an adventure simply attempting to follow the very accurate instructions provided. Lovely view from our selected apartment. The welcome pack in the very well equipped kitchen was... welcoming.

Nothing to say here. It was an excellent stay.

It was easy to check in and check out and all the staff we interacted with were very friendly. The location was fantastic, in an old part of the city but within easy walking distance of key sites including being walkable to the Alhambra. The views from the apartment windows were fantastic (we could see part of the Alhambra from the bathroom). The apartment was very clean and well laid out, and kept nice and warm despite being cold outside at night. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back.

The location in the Albaicin area is fantastic, only a 5 minute walk to the main centre of town. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed provided. Functional kitchen, equipped with everything you need. Also the underfloor heating was excellent. The view from the terrace was lovely. We came by car and considering the narrow streets, the directions provided before arrival were very detailed. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was not properly cleaned - there were some crumbs on the couch and the floor. Besides that it was great.

Reception employees were very friendly and helpful. They also were open for most of the day. The location is in a nice part of Albaicin with great views and close to many restaurants but still quiet. Depending on the room there might or might not be a view. The rooms were also very large.
