1. The view to the block over the street where they hang all their washed clothes... The reception ladies were very kind to change us on the third floor on monday, but the view was pretty much the same... But we could easily get over it, when we found out the terrace above the hotel can be freely used...And there you can see the sea and enjoy a beer or a capucino. totally undisturbed by the other people compared to if you were on the beach.. And you get just as sunburned on top of the hotel as on the beach. So, 11/10 for the top-terrace, thats actually quite an easter egg for the hotels guests.. 2. The only hotel where i've been, where despite "breakfast included" claimed, we had to actually specify for the things we want to eat, as on the breakfast table there was close to nothing some days....In the first day we arrived (weekend), there was; Coffee, Orange juice, bacon, scrambled eggs and some chicken-sausages. No cheese, no vegetables.. We thought: wow, even in Romania you get a little more.. several types of salamies, several cheese types etc... . Monday morning, surprise: Coffeemachine available but not on.. Why? We had to specify we want a cup of coffee, when we normally should have just poured ourselves as many times we wanted, coffe is not so expensive is it? We got a single cup each and should have asked for more...each time..Nothing on the breakfast table, lady said we ask what we want and she will do it for us... Even if we got our fried eggs and bacon and coffee cups and milk everyday, we felt more like they made us depend of them instead of feeling serviced... We had to ask for every little butter byte missing from the table, if we wanted more, instead of finding it on the table... Strange service... Maybe because not so many people in hotel in may month, but anyways, not even the coffeemachine on...on "breakfast included"...? Totally unusual for us...

Well placed, close to the beach, to shops and restaurants, bus station, other beaches, very good location, walking distance to pretty much anything you can think of... Bonus: i think its a rare, liitterally cool (as temperature) place to be in Benidorm in the july-august months , as there is no direct sunlight to the apartments, its surrounded by trees and stonewalls...You have to get to the terrace to get hit by the sun...

The door of the apartment was very hard to open, not quick if there was a fire. Could hear people talking if they passed your room as bedroom was at the front. Roof terrace needs attention, good opportunity for roof top bar/pool etc.

I liked everything. It would have been perfect if there was a swimming pool but the beach was very close and the sea was so warm , so no I have nothing not to like

A luggage rack or two can be helpful. I also suggest better overall cleaning procedures and quality control. However, I would stay here again without a doubt.

Great location in a quiet and to us the best side of Benidorm. Beach access down the street took us only a five minute walk. Beautiful property, nice to have private parking. Great balcony, kitchenette, comfortable bed, and sofa. Patio furniture is very nice.

No emergency phone number for concierge we had to go via booking.com for a problem but it was then dealt with very promptly. No recycling ( A Valencia problem) Needed a chest of drawers and mirror in bedroom.

From the pick up at the airport, by Slava, to our departure 14 days later, our stay was relaxing and comfortable. Mayte and Dina on reception were very friendly and extremely helpful. The apartment had a large comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean, and kept so by the friendly cleaning team, and was very quiet. The location is in a nice part of Benidorm with easy access to the centre by local buses which run every 15 minutes from a nearby bus stop. A lovely supermarket is 5 minutes walk away. We would certainly return and can highly recommend to those seeking a quiet stay away from the noisy town centre.
