Unfortunate room close to the bar during the weekend so extremely noisy due to drunk people going up and down, and overall hearing the bar until it closed.

Rooftop area was only open at weekends so as we were staying during the week, we couldn't use it.

Lovely modern hotel on quiet street close to museums, the waterfront and restaurants and bars. A large room with good lighting. Only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Excellent staff on Reception - particularly Estelle who was extremely helpful and kind.

The hotel is well located for town and all its restaurants, and also the main train line to the airport and coast. The room and bed was large, powerful shower and had a coffee machine. Breakfast was nice too.

The roads around the hotel are still a bit untidy, but will hopefully improve as the area is developed.

Location in 'Soho' area of Malaga was new to us, although we have stayed very near on 4 previous occasions. The range of food offered for the breakfast was very good, and constantly replenished. The whole hotel was clean and well maintained.

There were no instructions for the Aircon, which only seemed to blow hot whatever we did, so we had to resort to opening the window.

The location is an easy walk from the train station and from the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. They were able to keep our bags after check out until our evening flight, which was very useful.

Would have preferred if the AC could drop below 20 degrees but it's a minor issue and just my personal preference. Was easy enough to just open the window, though, which isn't always the case in some hotels.

Great location in Soho and very close to local train station. Lots of good restaurants & bars in close proximity as well. Hotel is clean, quiet, good value for money, and lovely staff.

It's not that I didn't like something, I just expected for the hotel to look different from outside, for building to look better. It is rated as 4-star hotel, but I think it is bit stretched

Nicely located (at least was for my purposes), rather big room, very clean, nice bathroom, newly refurbished. My room had safe box, coffee machine and mini bar. The breakfast was nice too, variety of local dishes. Friendly and professional staff.

There was a rooftop terrace but not open midweek. Such a shame.

The hotel was O.K. but interestingly the breakfast was rather pricey so ate out with 2 of us eating for the same price as 1 breakfast at the hotel.

The apartment was too hot. They had heating on which could not be switched off. When we complained, they provided a fan, which helped but not perfect

The room was too warm and stuffy even though there was no apparent heating on. We had to have the window open and it was extremely noisy until after 3.00am. We had no towels on arrival and had to ask for these. A bath mat for the shower would have been useful as there was nowhere to hang a tiwel near the shower and we had to step out onto a wet, slippy floor.

The location was good. Very close to the station for the airport train. The room was clean. Staff werd friendly.The rooftop bar was enjoyable.

The staff are very nice and very accommodating. I requested a room away from the exciting terrace because we wanted to rest. We got a room on the 3rd floor and it was just perfect. Accommodations in the city are quite expensive and noisy, but this hotel was comfy and we were able to rest :)

I had requested a quiet room as I'm a very light sleeper but did not get one as I could easily hear the traffic outside even though I was on the third floor. I again asked at reception on the second day for a quiet room but was told the hotel was full. My wife slept both nights while I did not.

There was no problem with location or anything else except noise from the street below for a light sleeper.

No bin in main room and it would have been good to have had complimentary water every day in the room as opposed to just the first day.

The location was very good, easy to get to from the train station. Great location for accessing Malaga City Centre with all the great galleries, places of interest, bars and restaurants.
