The swimming pool appeared more like a large jacuzzi size just outside the breakfast area on 7th floor, and was in the shade in the morning (didn't visit later in the day)

Room was fab, really bright. Bed was big and comfortable, bathroom was also very big with great shower. Hotel was 20 min walk to beach, 10 mins from Marina with plenty of food options. Good shopping district straight across from the hotel. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was fine - small selection of cooked food or cereal, lots of pastries and some fresh fruit, tea/coffee.

LIKE WE SAID THE WATER SHOLUD HAVE BEEN FREE AT ALL TIMES FOR CUSTOMERS NOT MAKR THEM PAY FOR THE PRICE WE PAY FOR 3 DAY WAS LIKE IF WE WERE AT A 5 STAR HOTEL BUT FEEL LIKE AT 4 STAR HOTEL . YOU LIKE MORE CUSTOERS DO THE RIGTH THING BELIVE ME.

THE WATER SHOULD BE FREE LIKE ALL THE OTHER HOTELS, LIKE THE ONE WE HAVE STAY AT. YOU GUYS CHARGE US AFTER THE FIRST DAY AND YOU SHOULD HAVE ICE OPITION FOR CUSTOMERS, AND BETTER BATHROOM SUPLYS. THE PLACE IS NICE.

Nothing, we had an excellent stay at this hotel. Highly recommend it!

The hotel location is ideal, in the city center, bus stops are near the hotel to go either to the aeroport or outside Malaga. Our room was at one of the top floors and the views were amazing, looking over the port and the sea, but also the park, the castle and the city center. The room itself was small, but had everything it needed, the bed was super comfortable and we liked the fact that we could choose the pillow type, the latex/memory foam pillows were a huge plus for us. We did not take breakfast, but the room had a coffee machine and coffee pods every day. The rooms are also very well sound proofed, there was no street noise coming through.

No minibar in the room. As we came late we were craving something to eat and celebrate our nice room and first vacation day. But nothing in the room nor room service.

Upgraded room to a suite. Super nice luxurious room, with balcony and nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good but could’ve been more elaborate or special. At least the quality of the food seemed good.

Great location just across from the main shopping street and access to old town. The marina was just behind the hotel. Good sound proofing despite being on a busy road. Room nice, clean and comfortable included water and of coffee machine. Breakfast was good with lovely fresh fruit , salads, meat smoked salad and scrambled egg. Staff were very helpful. Loved malaga ! could have stayed longer

Some of the dark side tables seemed not to be clean with old water stains and dust. And the bathroom was so dark that is also seemed less clean in the toilet area.

Water cartons and milk cartons not replenished daily. No bar in the later evening - as we were on holiday it would have been nice to be in the hotel for a nightcap, but had to go next door to another hotel. No bar up by the pool - not open despite the lovely weather - had to go to other hotels.

A few little niggles in what was overall an excellent stay. The hotel is beautiful in the very best location. Excellent service, clean and spacious.

Really nice hotel with a really good view. Try to get top floor apartment. Room itself is cozy. Location is great and you could really see all major attractions from the balcony

The rooftop terrace bar only opens towards the weekend.

Great location with amazing views from our balcony. Visited in a quiet midweek and we were unexpectedly upgraded to a junior suite- nice touch.

We were very well served at the check in as we booked with breakfast but wanted change that because for our earlier return fligt to none breakfast option. That could not be altered by the booking.com app. The reception kindly offered a picknick instead or a refund, and because of the outgoing travel we opted for the refund which was given correctly. Excellent hotel at a superb location between the harbour and the city. All highlights of Málaga in walking distance. Many good restaurants too. Very nice room with view at one of the upper floors overlooking the city. Good bed.

Small things missing from the room like shower caps, conditioner for your hair that you’d expect with a 4 star hotel. Bottled/ jug of water would have been nice in the room as you can’t drink the Spanish tap water

Property was very modern and fresh. Pristine clean and efficient check in at exactly 2pm. Staff were friendly and obliging with storing luggage upon arrival and check out. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby and close to metro.
