Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Spacious room with big shower and decent bed. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was also good. Also very nicely located in the southern part with a 2min walk to the cathedral. Note that I was upgraded to the "Soho Boutique Cathedral" hotel and not the Sevilla one.

United KingdomRoom 407 is exposed to the sun; it has large windows, and the glass actually got hot to the touch. The air conditioning, however, was very weak and the room uncomfortably hot. The maintenance person seemed to have fixed it at one point, then we didn't like to mention it again. We left the door open at night - because the setting is quite private!

Very, very nice and clean hotel close to the city centre. The staff was extremely helpful with ordering train or museum tickets. The best staff we have ever met! Although the hotel is right in the middle of the city, it was really quiet. Would definetely come back and we recommend it to anyone.
