The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had trouble finding the hotel after a long travel day. Bozy, the front desk concierge, went to the streets to help find me. I felt very taken care of. It was a wonderful stay!

Nothing to dislike, we had everything we needed

The welcome when we checked in was very friendly and we were told we had an upgrade. Everything was explained to us very clearly. The breakfast in the morning was extensive, lots of choice and more than we expected.

The hotel moved our booking to another hotel. Same chain, very close to this one. It was a better room than we booked. It was a very pleasant stay.

Nothing really.. The receptionist came across bored and uninterested, devoid of personality, but that was minor!

The rooms were well equipped for a 3 star. Lovely big rooms, subtle decor and we had a balcony to the front of the hotel.. Tea/Coffee facilities and complimentary water.. super location!

Only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. I had asked about vegan options before, but there was very little. I don't expect vegan cheese or anything like that obviously, but it would be great to have at least margarine, to prepare a toast with marmalade for example and different cornflakes. It was great that there was soy milk, but the first day I could not make use of it as there were no cornflakes available that would have met my dietary restrictions.

The room was really pretty, comfortable and clean. Loved that it had a bathtub, too. Staff was friendly. Location was great, too, very central. Overall had a great stay

We had a room on the fifth floor that was located within the eaves of the building, so it did feel a little claustrophobic. I would recommend that you book a room on a lower floor.

Not clear if the aircon was working. If it was it was very quiet.

Bath screen was a little tight to get around. A bath mat would have given some support. The TV came on everytime the electricity connected. Sometimes the volume was loud. It could have disturbed adjoining neighbours.

The decor was funky clean and fresh. Staff were very helpful friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Towels beautifully soft and fluffy.

Not a single worthing TV program No warm milk at breakfast

The hotel is perfectly located between the most popular landmarks of the city - the Cathedral and the Marina which are located at short walks. We reached the center of the city with the bus line A and the stop is also very close to the hotel /3-4 min walk/. We had a triple room on the 3rd floor with a pleasant street view. There was an open bistro just below our window but the noise was quite bareable. The room was very spacious with very high ceiling. There was one double bed+ double folding sofa. Rich mini bar collection. Spacious bathroom. On the guests' service there was an espresso machine with coffee doses in the room. The breakfast was good, especially enjoyed the fresh soft white cheese and the pork pate with fresh bread.

Very good location, nice concept. The room had a large bed, but there was not enough space to move around. Breakfast was good. Personally, I would appreciate vegetables too.

Room with small balcony door on the top floor, with narrow ceilings. It felt like a bunker without air. The room cleaning was poor, floors were not vacuumed or mopped. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and cleaning lady didn't pay attention to that at all. Maybe other rooms are nicer, this one was not.
