Not that it was a huge problem but the parking isnt really connected to the hotel. You have to walk like 5 minutes.

The staff was friendly, buffet was great, nice music. Great hotel for families or friends going on vacation. Its also super close to bars and restaurants and the beach.

I was in room 263 and the end of level 2 and the smell of sewerage everytime I opened the door was bad but it did clear quick . May be worth getting looked at

The chef who suppose to cook the omelet had such of bad humor, it make me feel so uncomfortable asking for omelet or for a fried egg. He was so rude when I asked if he could make me a omelet looks like he was mad because I asked for that, even though it was his job. I couldn't get his name as he wasn't wearing a tag but definitely he should be not serving people. I was on holiday and the way he treat me make me feel terrible. The hotel need refurbishment few things tear down already. There was no place on the park. We had to leave 5 minutes away from the hotel at least we did not have to pay as it was a public park.

During the week the noise that people complain in others reviews were ok. I would say the hotel is noise on weekends. This was my biggest fear after reading reviews but I can see that the most noise period is on the weekend if your stay is during the week you are ok for sleeping.

- the AC wasn’t cold as it could have been - the walls are paper-thin. I could hear everyone walking/talking in the hallway. I couldn’t sleep at all when people were coming back from parties!! This is the biggest problem I think. They shouted, screamed and cried but the staff didn’t do anything about it.

- The location is great, just a few minutes from the beach. - The staff are nice 💙 - The bed is super comfy

The beds could’ve been a bit more comfortable, or a way to stop the two single beds from coming apart when sleeping on them. The bathroom floor always got soaking wet when using the shower and would have to use all the towels to dry them up.

The selection at breakfast was very good, from a cooked breakfast, to waffles and pancakes, muffins and croissants. They had a range of fruits and cold meats and bread, and a selection of juices and hot drinks too. Perfect for any fussy eaters too. The location of the hotel was amazing. Very short walk to the beach and a short walk to many good places and an Aldi too.

If you rent a car, you cannot park in front of the hotel. Also the life guard at pool was annoying..
