The hairdryer in the room was awful.

I stay at the IFACH because it’s the friendliest hotel in Calpe which is vital for me because I travel alone. With such friendly staff I never feel nervous about sitting at the bar or using the restaurant on my own. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. There is great variety of food in the restaurant. Something for everyone

Entertainment in hotel lobby goes on too late, often to midnight which resonates throughout the rooms above. Surprising for a family hotel. Also, minor point but breakfast staff before the 8am start, rearrange chairs in the restaurant by dragging the chairs across the floor. This again resonates throughout the hotel, waking those up who don’t plan on having an early breakfast.

Lovely hotel that is close to the beach, Rock of Ifach and local amenities. A walk of 20/25 mins to the Old Town of Calpe and main shops. Great facilities throughout. We are cyclists and there is really good bike storage in the basement with a pump to inflate tyres.

All was very good

Breakfast was good with lots of variety dinner was also very good . We stayed in a room in top floor with a very nice view to the sea with a balcony.

Bar area could have more comfortable seating

2nd time we stayed at this hotel. Staff are hard working and very friendly. The hotels location is excellent for both main beaches, only a short walk to the town centre

One thing you need to know is that the hotel offers entertainment. Make sure you stay above level 3 as otherwise it will be very loud up until 23-24.00.

Even though we do not like big hotels like this we booked it for our winter stay. We did not regret in the end. Very good food (lots of healthy options). Friendly staff (especially the ones at the restaurant). Indoor pool which is heated and in winter a big asset. Pool outside bit cold, but nice area for sunbathing. Even though the beds looked a bit old, they are very comfortable. We also liked how the hotel is situated as you can walk basically everywhere. Beach is about 5 min walk and eateries and shops are around the corner.

Nothing, everything was good👌

Upscale hotel with pleasant staff. Lots of entertainment for children. The pool is very warm, we swam there for 2 days. Kids club and mini disco✅ the separate saunas were also good. Many triathletes and cyclist in hotel. The guests are different but all positive and nice.

Room was a bit tired. Floor and bottom of doors showed damage. TV very annoying. Adjusted settings to get to English then change channel and it reverts to Spanish every time.

Good food variety. Cold plates. Only one small microwave

Bathrooms are old. No walk in shower. Plus we were not given the room we booked. After 2 nights with lift noise, we were moved to a very quiet room and a terrace which we had reserved.

Fabulous Room and Fabulous location. All the staff where welcoming and friendly. Hotel facilities excellent. Very bright and clean in all areas of the hotel. We were on a Half Board basis, both Breakfast and Dinner had lots of choice, food standard is Good.
