We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe booked it because it was the cheapest option for one night (and still not cheap at all!) but it’s a huge, ugly building totally ruining the landscape in Son Bou. The furniture is basic and probably hasn’t changed since the hotel was built, there are separate cold/hot water taps in the shower, corridors look like hospital ones.

United KingdomIt took us the first day to iron out a few problems like the kettle leaking and no body or hand wash in the bathroom . But it was all sorted by day two. Our biggest problem was the lousy internet connection.
The rooms were comfortable. We had a sea facing room on the 11th floor with a fantastic view from our balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful . The breakfast was ok . Not 4 star but plenty of choice . We didn’t have dinner at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Location was very good being on the seafront but also close to the town and buses to elsewhere on the island. We are a retired couple but if you were a young family there seemed to be lots going on to entertain them.

PortugalOur room was a bit old. Hot water sometimes was a bit of an issue, but the main thing that was really stressful was meals. The hotel does not have the capacity to cater to so many people, with a lot of large groups/families without every meal time becoming a rather stressful and loud event (the noise in the restaurant was unbelievable).
The location is wonderful, right by the beach.

The proximity to the beach is absolutely amazing. We had to check out at midday and our flight was at 11 pm, therefore we used the beach all day and they offered us a small room to take a shower before heading to the airport.

SwitzerlandSome reception staff was just rude! Especially Magda and David - they are definitely making damage to the image of the hotel and cannot be considered as client-oriented or at least polite. For check in they offered smoked room (hotel is old, so obvious in many rooms someone someday was smoking and there is nothing to do it except for renovation, so consider this risk of you are not tolerant to smoke), after my kind request to change the room they were insisting that there are no other rooms anymore. I showed booking.com application prooving that for the whole our stay there are at least 4 rooms still available at current moment, but they were still refusing to show us different options, each staff was giving different reasons (no sea-view / we have only sea view / available only from tomorrow / etc), the best reason was that this availability in for Majorca, not Menorca (though I was showing them the name and address of their holel) - so there was just no wish to help us ot at least to talk well though we were polite and trying to explain the issue with allergie. After showing us the second room which was the same smoked the story repeated. After request for cancellation they found the third room which finally was not smoked; it was very nosy due to ventilation system from the restaurant but we were happy to accept it as we were already exausted after check in which lasted one hour. This not smooth beginning ruined immediately the expectations from holidays and hotel. Not all staff is so bad, Elena was very pleasand and helpful and polite! Cleaning ladies were also very delicate. Restaurant staff was great too! The other thing is matrress in our room - I did not know it is that important before, but I spend all 7 days with back-acke which is not even my weak point.
Perfect location just at the beach (connected by pedestrian path without crossing roads), the longest beach of the island, which was so nice that we refused to experience other beaches assuming short stay (one week). There are several beach bars where you can have coffee, sweets or lunch, toilet. The hotel is only 20 minutes far from the airport, and 20-40 minutes far by car from all destinations. The hotel though very old, still has all amendities for good holidays, the price-quality ratio is good. Food is good variety for 3 stars hotel: if you have no limitations / diets, you will always find something to eat for breakfast and dinner; frilled fish, seafood and meat every day; there is ice-cream for dinner, variety and quality of fruits are poor though. Hotel books particular time for breakfast and dinner to avoid crowds, but nobody told us anything when we were not perfectly on time. Animation team works very well, a lot of activities over the day if you are bored from sea (which is hard), and every evening there are mini-discos and shows. Hotel offers parking at the rate of 10 EUR per day but you can find free parking in the street which will save huge amount of money if you stay several days.

I found it racist and very disrespectful , I complained to the manager the next day and he was very freindly and the other staff , but based on this interaction I would not recommend the hotel to anyone based of this one girl who was in my opinion openly racist to me ,
