Very noisy during the night and early morning with what sounded like bins or trolleys being dragged around!

Only 1 lift working occasionally.

Very friendly and welcoming staff team! Came down to Ibiza for a race and was able to get an early pick up breakfast with the reception team. All good and great location!

Small details like: 2/3 of the elevators was broken during our trip and we had to wait long time. The choices in the restaurant was restricted because it was the end of the season. The cleaning staff wasn’t able to clean our room 4 consecutive days . We was always doing a mini siesta fir our kid from 14:00 to 15:30 and this was the cleaning time It’s impossible to find a parking spot near to the hotel and the prices of parking places are too high

The lifts broke down almost every day - clear they need some maintenance. Of the the three lifts…only one worked consistently. The two male staff members on the hotel reception were incredibly unhelpful & unwelcoming. Whether this was as simple as booking a taxi for us, helping us to find a pair of lost trainers, or booking a car parking space. They made it obvious they really couldn’t be bothered to help. The female reception staff were the complete opposite and couldn’t have been more helpful - thankfully!

Great location with reasonable sized rooms & bathrooms. The downstairs pool is of a good size with plenty of sun loungers and chairs available. Restaurant Staff super friendly and couldn’t have done more for us. The Rooftop pool and bar areas were great & super comfy with gorgeous views across the bay. San Antonio town is only a 30min walk along a costal path; which was lovely.

Our room had red ants! Both left with multiple bites. Parking was very expensive (€35 per day!) which wasn’t stated before we got to the hotel and were left to find somewhere to park our hire car. Check in took a long time. The 3 lifts were tiny and only 1 worked for a while, being on the 5th floor and 4 months pregnant with only 1 lift was a bit difficult.

The pool and lounger area was big, plenty of space for everyone. Loved having the beach attached also, being able to go between the pool and sea was lovely. The restaurant by the pool was delicious (albeit a bit expensive compared to local restaurants) and quick service.

- You can hear everything from other rooms ( talking,shower,toilet..) - noisy old air conditioning - Gym is a joke for such a big hotel (not enough machines) - One of the hotels selling points it’s parking on site, there are ONLY 12 parking spaces for around 300 rooms, plus they charge 35 euros per day

Finding out on our last day that we could have been receiving a 10% discount on food and drink - why did no one tell us about this sooner? Seemed unnecessarily cheap. same with the bali beds, on weekends they're popular but quiet during the week, consider reducing the cost to create a better vibe in the pool area. Also no tea/coffee facilities in the room and no freely available drinking water - could only buy it from the bars.

The front desk staff were amazingly helpful. Rooftop bar and pool were great, the views and sunset - heaven!

Great facility with a pool at beach level and one on roof level, with excellent views over the bay and for sun set. A smallish but reasonably well equipped gym which perhaps could do with a bit more equipment given the size of the hotel. Staff was super friendly, breakfast excellent with a very nice terrace to start the morning. Pool side restaurant was great with very friendly and attentive staff.

Hotel could provide water stations for refillable flasks to reduce one-off plastic waste. The pool needs some maintenance as some of the rooms - although everything feels fairly new, bits of plaster in the bathroom wall fallen off making it look poorly finished.

Room was very clean. They made up the little sofa bed for our LO which was nice as we arrived late in the eve. Tony greeted us with so much warmth and even suggested dinner before going up to the room. The beds are on the firm side - not a problem for us. I loved the full sized (proper) hairdryer in the room and the blackout blinds. I like that the hotel provides decent shampoo/lotion for use (no little takeaways - reducing plastic). Breakfast as everyone says is a superb affair. Plenty of variety and some changes daily. You can sit on the mezzanine above the pool/beach area so it is served with holiday vibes, As we stayed half board, dinner buffet started around 7.30pm. Good variety including delicious paella for one of the nights. Roberto their guest relations, extended so much warmth and checked in with us everyday to ensure the stay was comfortable. It is handy to have a little beach connected to the pool area on the ground floor (shower by the gate to rinse off sand). While this pool needs a little maintenance (tiles missing), it was clean. Our 3yo was in the kiddie pool nearly everyday. I love the posters and the decor of the common areas. Chilled, artsy, something different. Overall our family had a great time and we would be back.
