Everything was great so just a suggestion - quite a lot of plastic waste at breakfast, e.g. coffee pods and single use plastic. Could improve sustainability in this area.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It was not facing the beach, I don't know if some of the rooms are, but we had a balcony facing the street. The buffet breakfast for 8E was plentiful and varied, great value. We hired bikes which the reception staff arranged for us. There is aircon and a large TV.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, but I had a very sore shoulder, so it might have been more to do with that.

Lovely location near the beach, with some nice restaurants very close and tram stops nearby. The staff were lovely. It was a good price during Fallas and when I need to extend my stay I got the normal price which seemed reasonable.

the first room was ugly and pretty much a closet that looked into nothing. they changed us to a room that looked to the beach the second night

Sound isolation is bad, so you can hear everything from outside even if window is closed. Also everything happening in the hallway.

Location on the beach is perfect, also El Cabanyal is very near. Room was clean and tidy. Service was very good, they helped us with issue we had instantly. Great value for affordable price.

Location - close to beach and within 5/10 minutes walk of tram stops on direct line to airport and old city. Staff were efficient, friendly and responsive. Breakfast was good and VFM. My single room was fair VFM, compact but comfortable and adequately equipped. We arrived before checkout time expired but were lucky enough to be able to access rooms that were ready.

Pillows for the beds were flat, bring your own. At random points in the day the bathroom sink had a smell of raw sewage coming from it, rinsing water down the drain seemed to make it go away

I had to be moved to a different room for the first night because my room (204) smelled horribly of sewage and I couldn't stay there for 3 nights. The view in this room was also looking out to the other rooms' windows and so the lighting was really poor.

Got moved to nice Seaview room for the night which was lovely, unfortunately I had to check out 2 nights early because of the sewage smell in my initial room but received a refund in decent time. Thanks to Carlos assisting with this! Great location Late check in and check out times

Tv every 5 min frozen and need switch off and switch on again,from toilet pipes smelly, room service dont speak in english and disorientated when need clean room, also they smoking in front of hotel doors what makes hotel look cheap. Light in main coridors need everytime switch on by ourselfs witch is annoying, "balcons" in second floor is whitout any seperation from others rooms,feel not comfy when somebody from other rooms walks around windows.

I liked Location,amazing view from room, room design is nice,conditionier works perfect.

Room was not properly cleaned: dirty windows and piles of dust under bed. Double bed is really small. Horrible smell coming out of the shower drain for the first days of our trip.

Didn't like dark corridors..though provided with lights to be operated manually..wish there are atleast a couple of lights continuously on...while rest are sensor driven.. Hot water was slow to get in the shower..that was a dampener ..

Great deal. Bang on the beach. Step pit of hotel. Step on to the beach. Quick check in n check out. Courteous service. Good breakfast. though limited menu. No regrets. Linen was good.. metro and EMT BUS and tram services just a block away. Great convenience.. Even the Hop on hop off bus picks you up from couple of hundred metres away.. That's for convenience 😊💕
