Rooms were not ready when we arrived a bit early but staff locked our luggage up while we went walking. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The lock on our door would not work so we asked for another room. The hotel was full so we had to wait about 30 min for maintenance to come repair the lock. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. There is a lovely walking park across from the hotel.

We were very happy. We had asked for a quiet room because we have a toddler and they gave us a great one on the first floor. There was a dance event one night and we didn't hear a sound. The room was clean, with plenty of space, a desk and a coffee table and armchair. We also had a lovely cot for the toddler. One aspect we also liked is that the room where we left our luggage on the last day was actually locked and they gave us a receipt. It had little details like a night light and a bidet which were useful for us. All staff was very friendly.

We would have loved having the smart tv allow us to access our own Netflix or YouTube streaming services. That is such a huge help for non Spanish speaking visitors.

The location is good. Right next to the area with modern architecture. There are several bus stops nearby, but metro is 20 minutes away by foot. There is a big supermarket nerby, but it's closed on Sunday

The hotel is outdated, needs some renovation urgently They actually renovate the entrance (I assume) and this caused a lot o noise during the day. If you plan to take a nap, forget about it

No kettle in room, only available in premium rooms. Unfortunatelyt there was noisy maintence works going on at the reception area which were heard alot from our room. Fully understand the need for maintenance but it did spoil abit the experience at the hotel.

I was under the impression the pool would be able to be used, however it wasn't clear when we booked that wasn't the case, Also we ordered an alarm call at 2.15am which we didn't receive, luckily I put a back alarm on my phone.

It is simply a joke to offer orange bottled juice in a four star hotel in Valencia, in the midst of the orange season. Unacceptable!

Hmmmm, Rafi was brilliantly helpful. He offered my son and I suggestions that helped our city trip. Christian or I don't know if I have the name right, at the breakfast buffet always welcomed us with a smile and a small chat that gave our day a boost. Unfortunately the pool was under construction but that did not matter. And oh! my the hotel is close to so many sightseeing attractions or just a bus away. We had a blast in Valencia thanks to the hospitable staff of the hotel.

Lobby bar may be closed in the evening after 18:30, but there are many other options in the vicinity of the hotel. So it is not a problem

Some of the rooms are quite dated... they need to be completely refurbished. Travelled with a group of friends, and one unfortunately got a room without a functioning airconditioner in the sweltering heat 😢 😕

The breakfast was really nice 👌🏾 ... I also loved the location, shops, bars & restaurants are very close by... There's also public transport running, right in front of the hotel.

The gym, to be honest we booked the hotel at first based on a treadmill being shown in the images. In hindsight we never needed it as the weather and outdoor location for running was delightful.
