We spent three nights in this hotel and really enjoyed our stay! The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The town in which the hotel is located is also very nice and with its central location perfect to explore the island by car. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Amazing stay!!!!! Higly recommend it! The house is so beautiful, the rooms are very big and exceptionally clean, the cleaning service was outstanding! They cleaned our room every day and i couldn t thank them more! The bed is so big and comfortable and the house is located very central in the tiny cute city of Sineu! We loved it and we warmly recommend this accomodation for a nice holiday in Mallorca! P.s: the host was very nice!

Check-in times are - quite rightly and correctly advertised- strict. So this comment is just to stress that there is no 24hrs reception desk therefore we had to change our plans and arrive one day later due to our late flight. The communication with the owner was fast and clear so we just made other arrangements and everything was fine.

Excellent stay in a relaxed hotel and authentic location; extremely friendly and welcoming owners.

As an old building (now refurbished in great style), the water supply and drainage is obviously old.

Good continental breakfast with plenty of meats, cheeses, tomatoes, fruit, yogurt, coffee and excellent breads. On our first day we sat outside and watched the market (10meters away) come to life.

The quiet villa nestled in a small Spanish village , is perfect for couples looking a slower pace .... its central to the island which makes everywhere easy to acces by train ... I would highly recommend Son Cleda

Although it is listed as a hotel, this is not a hotel but a bed and breakfast. Reception is only open in the morning and no one is available in the afternoon or during the night if something happens. It does not have a restaurant or bar open. These were always closed. So if someone is looking for an actual hotel this is not it. Although room was very clean and beds were always made, towels used (which were left on the floor) were not changed but re hanged. This was noticed since after a full day enjoying Mallorca we returned back and towels were still wet from our morning shower. When we messaged the hotel, since no staff is at the property, no reply was given. No apology was given by the management or staff. We asked for 2 towels to the cleaning lady in the morning and were given. Beds are very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good very simple but was taken as it was included in the price. Do not recommend to pay for the breakfast as it is very simple and you can take breakfast from one of the restaurants next to the hotel for less money.

Property is 30mins away from the main city Palma. The town of Sineu is very quiet and next to the hotel are very good restaurants if you do not wish to drive to another location to enjoy a good meal. Property is very clean and has air conditioning in the rooms, which works very well. It also has a lift and a good simple breakfast. Parking was never a problem as there is a parking in front of the hotel.

Perfect location for exploring the island. Everything was perfect. The hosts are very kind and available. The hotel is impeccably clean (on a daily basis), spacious rooms and bathrooms. We will definitely come back to Son Cleda.

housekeeper ! she through away our food without permission ! she moved our luggage and our stuff from its original location, just because she didn’t like my pareo on a chair or my sandals on the floor or my solid shampoo on the tub or my solid soap on the washbasin . it was very frustrating, because every time we coming back after “her” visit something was hidden or moved or thrown away

The place is in the heart of the small town of Sineu. Besides being a central location highly convenient for navigating and exploring the island, it offers an unique opportunity to be emersed in the local authentic culture and lifestyle. You will discover that Sineu is a small community with it's events as are Wednesday's market, football matches and live guitar concerts. Catina is a super host. She helped us a lot during our stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean. If we'd have to choose again we would not think twice. We'd choose Son Cleda and stay longer.

It is located in the centre of the town, close to everything. It is in the middle of any event happening in town, so you get to experience up close all the fairs and the street celebrations. Close to the bus station of you plan on going to Palma or another town. The owner is lovely, respectful and accommodating to your needs. I loved it.

The entrance was a bit dark. But it was off season. There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room and the main shower was a bit "drippy"

Location is superb!! My ETA was a bit messed up but that wasn't a problem. I was met with a smile and check in was a breeze. My room was clean and comfortable. Very happy to have chosen Son Cleda for my trip.

Too many stairs, smell is not nice, need to carry 2 keys, need always to close front door by yourself, because often there is nobody in hotel, warm water in shower requires 5 minutes to pump through the pipes, so you could shower not with cold water.

Nice location in center of town with a lot of Cafes and restaurants nearby, everything working fine, kind owner, no hidden taxes. Everything as advertised.
