Our room was on a corner of two streets. It had two huge windows but, for security I think, the blinds cannot open so the room is rather dark if the lights are off. It has no outside space and, because of the closed blinds, no view out. The bathroom is equipped so a wheelchair user can use it. That's good, though we didn't need the adjustment, but there are no other rails in there to hang towels so it is difficult to keep things dry. Also nowhere to hang the dish towel in the kitchen area. But other apartments in the building may be different.

The room was large, pleasantly furnished, in a good location for Sorolla Station and not too far from buses and the old city. The door was unlocked by an app, which is convenient but you have to remember to keep your phone charged.

However, car parking was a challenge. There is free parking in front, but it was difficult to find a spot. I ended up parking in a paid underground lot about 500 meters away. Overall, still highly recommended for a short stay

I had a delightful stay at Sorolla Urban Suites. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly. Highly recommended for a short stay.

We had a room at the ground floor and behind the wall near the bed there was the pipe of the drain system which was not insulated properly because we could hear very loud every time someone in the building was having a shower or just using the water in the bathroom. We could hear the sound of flushing water until midnight and very early in the morning so it was very annoying not to be able to rest properly due to this.

The apartment was newly renovated and the location was good.

Access to the studio apartment was via Bluetooth. I had to download an app onto my phone. Worked well until the last evening when I couldn't get the app to open the front door of the building. I managed to get in when another resident opened the door. I did call the contact number provided and someone offered to drive down to help which take 10 minutes. We were facing into a small internal courtyard. On 2 nights, other residents were sitting with their doors open talking loudly until midnight.

Quiet location off a busy road. We were comfortable walking in the neighbourhood at night. Very new. Great bathroom. Functional kitchenette.

Bathroom shower drain was very slow to drain the water. Taking a shower was little hectic. Also having a large full body mirror would be a great idea.

The air-conditioner was still set to heating and as such we could not cool down the room. Unfortunately the system is central and it is either a heating or aircon system, but not both at the same time. Hence people will, especially in Autumn and Spring be uncomfortable as you cant please everyone at the same time (some want hot, others cold). The rooms were smelly. The management managed to mostly fix this issue after a day, but still needed to find out more to fully eliminate the issue. Thankfully they were working tirelessly to resolve this.

The rooms are very modern and give a great impression. The management staff is exceptional and very responsive. Using an app it was easy to open the door. It would have been even better if the keys would be available on multiple phones so there is a backup in case the phone is out of battery. I'm certain this can be done in the future

Cockroaches found in the room on the first night. There were also multiple in the lobby area. The air con kept resetting every half an hour, lighting up and was too noisy when trying to sleep. we had to turn it off. The pipework must be right next to the walls in room 4, were woken up multiple times by a sudden loud noise of running water. The rooms are all together in a courtyard, if anyone is in the courtyard it echos through the rooms.

Modern apartment, spacious. The location is about 20 minute walk to Valencia old town.

The apartment is right on the street and you can hear all the noises from the street. The staff was disappointing - my check in was at 4 pm and they sent me the instructions and code to enter the apartment 45 minutes later! Apart from that, they were rude when I was asking for additional information and told me to wait until 4pm. I would not come back.

The bed was comfortable and the apartment was new. The apartment was close to the city centre.

The communication with the apartment's managers was almost non-existent. I texted them via the Booking chat platform and via mail several times before our arrival. No one responded. We had to sent photos of our IDs via mail which is quite risky and we just needed some conformation that they received the photos, but when no one wrote back, we began thinking that we were scammed and got super anxious. On the day of arrival we were supposed to get instructions on how to get in and the check-in time was 4 p.m. No one contacted us. We were just sitting at a restaurant with our luggage, extremely tired and nervous whether we'd be able to enter the apartment that we paid for. Eventually, we managed to reach one of the managers via Whatsapp and she asked us to send the ID photos again to another mail. Finally, at around 4.30 p.m. we received instructions on how to get in - NearKey app, which I had to install on my phone. We found the whole thing quite unprofessional and nerve-wracking. Moreover, there was a problem with the hot water - it was on and off.

The facilities were obviously very new, almost unused. Everything was super clean. Also, outside the apartments there was a cute garden with an open roof so we could drink our morning coffee there and it was quite nice.

Nothing. Every thing was perfect.

We have booked two apartments. All the apartments are on the ground floor and there is a terrace with a table and two chairs outside. There was a good communication with the owners via WhatsApp. The lady was very polite to allow us to leave our luggage in the one of the apartments till 7.30pm, because we had very late flight. Thank you very much!

Privacy is not taken seriously, nor secure data handling. They force you to send a copy of your passport over WhatsApp! No normal keys but they require an app. Not convenient as your phone can run out of battery. Also this app requires you to agree with strange and privacy intrusive terms and conditions. The shower did not match the photos on booking, it was terribly low and no way to have a comfortable shower.
