The bathrooms are a bit old. There were no shampoos, soap, slippers which we would have greatly appreciate! The area is not the best but it’s easy to arrive everywhere. There are a lot of rules which we abided by,, but the walls are indeed very thin as we could hear our neighbours come and go.

The property was clean. We were 5, but a group of 6 adults are definitely fitting nicely. It is near the metro and the bus. Also, it is a 15 minute walk to bouqeria market. The communication with the stay unique team was very flawless.

The shower is not fully working in one bathroom, the control remote of the tv didn’t work either. You have to fill to many forms and contracts to get in. There is nothing for coffe or Thea. Only salt an peper. If you want to cook need to get everything.

The location of the apartment, is near La Rambla, and easy to get everywhere you want, but it's not very clean and friendly neighborhood. The city blocks from the apartment to La Rambla by foot, are kind of scary.

The apartment was very well renovated. And clean. It had all the commodities you would need for 5 or 6 people. We have nothing negative to say about it. The people running it, although we never met them. They were polite and always fast to respond in everything.

There is no soundproofing and the noise from the street and the building can be heard well at night. There are no locks in the bathrooms and rooms, the building is currently under renovation and it is not possible to open the windows in the apartment.

The apartment was very clean, tidy and well equipped. is a 10-20 minute walk from the Rambla and Plaza Catalunya. There is an excellent supermarket under the apartment.

I did not like the bureaucracy, the fact that we asked for early check-in and it was said it is not possible. Even ig the apartment would have been ready, it was locked until 3pm. No possibility to leave luggage if you arrive before check-in and property mamager did not even try to manage an early check-in even if it's done remotely. There was mold in the bathrooms and the ventilation was not good. If you would have liked to have some fresh air, the window in the bathroom/bedroom was directed in a backyard where people were laughing and talking loud. The facade was under construction and one day there was a man right outside our window paintining the facade from our balcony. So again, no possibility to open the windows. In the last night we were packing and property messaged us that we are doing a lot of noise despite the fact that we were only talking. Did not appreciate the tone of the message either. Considering the price, I would not come again to this property.

pre-departure we were sent numerous messages and requested to fill in additional forms, been informed that our booking is pending depending the information we provided though the amount was immediately taken from the credit card and confirmed in booking, the whole experience felt like an entitled Airbnb and not Booking, honestly at one point it was like a hassle, the flat itself is fine, clean, a little bit worn-out, there was some old mold in the bathroom, missing parts of covers in the kitchen

This is a great appartment. It's located 200m from the Paral.lel subway station, 15 min walk from the Plaça de Catalunya. The builing is a little bit old, but the appartment has been tastefully renovated and well isolated, we have not been disturbed by the noise of the street. Last but not least, the Stay-U-nique team has been awesome, answering our questions using Whatsapp. We will definitely come back here for our future trip to Barcelona.

Bit annoying process after you book this apartment: you recieve instructions how to access this place followed by lot of rules, polices and procedures (you must wash dishes, empty garbage etc.. otherwise they will charge fees) I would do that anyway but they send you all those rules by automatic messages... but ok

Barcelona is very dirty and graffiti laden. This was very sad for us to see. It wasn't like that in 2007 when I visited. But of course this is not your fault. However, the very small sliver of body soap was not appreciated. You should provide a bigger size soap. Also, it should be easier to bring down the outside metal shades to stop the sun from coming in which makes the apartment hotter.

The apartment was clean, it had everything one would need. The air did start cooling the place better after about 7 hours. We asked for table fans but they never delivered them to us. The cleaning person should keep air on while she's doing the work so that that apartment can be cool when the guests come in.

Its hard to find any lowlights. However, one of the beds was really squicky and we could not use the tv.

It's a perfect solutions with 2 bathrooms & 2 bedrooms. Great location, good communication with staff before our arrival. Check-in super easy through app. Kitchen very well equipped, apartment spacious and everything quite new :) We would go back again :)

Very small elevator - difficult with children, the aprtment was on the 5th floor. Don’t understand why we had to take out the garbage before checking out. It should be in the cleaning fee. The sofa in the living room is very out of date.

The check in procedure was very inconvenient especially for a few issues: 1. I am an old person who is not too efficient with computers, smart phone ...etc. The entrance to the building was controlled electronically through an icon sent to me by e-mail. We arrived at the property about 15 minutes before the check-in time of 15:00 with all our luggage. We could not get into the building until 15:03. We have to stand on the street in the extreme heat. I have never been treated close to this in my 10+ years with Airbnb, VRBO ....etc. 2. The Wifi ID and Password were not provided. Upon request by phone, the information provided were not correct. I sent a e-mail message to the owner, but never received any response. Fortunately we had our portable internet units for our own use in foreign countries. 3. Although it might not be the landlord's responsibility, we got stuck in the elevator and required Police/Fire help to get us out. 4. We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. But the bathroom supplies were far from adequate, such as toilet papers, body wash soap.....etc. Very mean !!! 5. The bedrooms were small and there was no luggage racks or even space for us to open up our suitcases. My wife and I travelled very light. We only had a 24" suitcase plus a 20" carry on.

Lots of things we didn’t like! The floor was dirty, blankets too. Very poorly furnished. Garbage containers full upon our arrival.

Easy to get in- thanks to the instructions sent by mail from the management.Sheets and towels were clean. Air conditioning was working :)
