Daily room cleaning could be a bit better, for instance, trash bins were not emptied, and floor was not sweeped. It would also be more convenient to pay with a credit card directly via booking.com rather than following additional links for room deposit, but it was not too complex procedure either.

The room was big and comfortable, with all advertised facilities. It was a good location, close to the main streets, multiple shops and restaurants. Despite that, sound isolation is good and there were no noises at night (even though streets around are lively and loud). The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and even arranged a slightly earlier check-in which we very much appreciated! There are paid parking opportunities in the streets around, so it was always quite easy to park our car nearby the hotel. Finally, we did not have an opportunity to try SPA facilities but it did look (and smell!) very good :)) next time I would be happy to try :)

Everything was perfectly organized (lovely spa was a plus!). The place was super adorable, great location nearby the port. Super super nice staff! There were a few things but they got sorted out quickly because of the staff members :)

Bar closed at 9.30pm and barman locked door, turned music off and left me in the dark outside without informing me he was closing.

Not much really! Only very monitor thing is corridors with no carpets like traditional hotels means acoustics vibrate in corridors. But it’s really minor.

Location is so central, but not enough to hear the mayhem of San Antoni harbour. It was strangely tranquil considering this is Ibiza. It’s also beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing. Room size was huge and it was cleaned daily.

It didn’t seem very busy as it was a great location and the facilities were excellent. Some people may have been put off by the price and the fact you had to pay extra to use the spa. The bar and restaurant didn’t seem very busy at all and the outside never had anyone using it despite it being peek season.

The hotel was very modern and looked as if it had been fitted out recently. The location was excellent and a short walk to the harbour or Cafe del Mar and Mano etc. From the moment you walk in you are met by the cooling Air Avon and the fresh fragrance that you fine in 5* Las Vegas hotels. The staff are excellent and always helpful to answer questions from the moment you book until the time you have to sadly check out.

That TV has no Netflix, that there is no pool or only pool if you go to spa basically something like that, as well confusing with this wifi password could be just simple password written in a card, as when you scan QR code the website where password should be didn't even work.

Our favourite hotel of the seven week trip! We had guests commenting on the scent of the hotel as it was so beautiful. The hotel is immaculately clean and smells amazing. Rooms are spacious and location is very central. It was the perfect place to relax in after partying in Ibiza. We’ll be back next summer!

An outside pool or plunge pool would make this hotel perfect - however it is only a 10 min walk to the sea / beach. Be nice to have a selection of teas in the room - not just green tea. We had to ask for bedding for the 5th bed / sofa - wasn’t made up or prepared - but no huge problem.

Lovely chic hotel. Lovely decor, modern, unassuming, peaceful and friendly staff. Our room ( monkey suite) was the perfect size for a family of 5 - two rooms and 2 bathrooms with interconnecting small hall / doors. Spa was excellent. Room was great with everything you needed and extremely comfy beds. Our checkout was 12noon and we were able to use the shower / store our bags before going to the airport later in the day. Would like this hotel in Ibiza old town / other locations.

It was difficult to get the room serviced and the do not disturb/please make up room signs always blew off the door handle. This meant we were often awoken when sleeping or did not get the room made up when we were out. This could be easily fixed :)

This was a great place to stay in Ibiza. Close to the taxi rank so it was very easy to get around the island and to clubs. The spa area was AMAZING (note that you just get one free entry and otherwise you have to pay to use the pool). Rooms beautiful and spacious. Great place - would definitely recommend.

Nothing, it was a great location which was close to the centre and clubs. The breakfast and light snacks that I tried are really inventive with high end presentation.

Great service from check in through to the staff supporting me in directions, tickets to events etc. A great hotel with an excellent spa area - highly recommended - with great water jets and outside area.

The only negative I have was we had some lunch at the bar area which was nice. Once we had paid the bill we decided to use our spa voucher (x1 per stay) we went Into the spa and were in the jacuzzi. The reception member of staff came running into the spa to tell us they had not charged us for something on our bill which was €13.50, this was no fault of our own as we had not noticed and it was slightly embarrassing when we are trying to relax in the jacuzzi. She put the €13.50 onto our room tab which we paid at the end. I will try to forget this negative encounter as we loved our stay and do want to return.

The freshness, cleanliness and lovely decor. The aroma around the whole hotel was lovely, really relaxing. The spa/thermal pools were exceptional one of the best I have ever been too and I go to spas regularly. Can’t wait to return.

Loved everything! Except one member of the staff , don't know her name exactly, a younger girl, she sounded slightly rude sometimes asking us for our room number in an unfriendly manner, while walking into the elevator. Wasn't really too bad a thing to point out but since this space is there wanted to give my honest experience. Otherwise most of our interaction was with Maiti at the reception and she was fantastic and very warm and helpful !Everything else was fantastic!! A must recommendation and will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, amazing facilities and hospitality! Beautiful big rooms which is rare to find in other rooms in Europe usually. Felt super luxurious yes very warm and friendly! The star of the hotel is the Spa that we used ! One of the best experiences! Staying here made our trip even more special! The front desk staff Maiti was sooper friendly and warm! She made us feel at home! Our next visit in Ibiza, we will stay here again for sure !
